I would give it a 0 if I could. My mom is in that place, first of all she is there because of a blead in her brain because she falls, come to find out that they didn't put rails on her bed. Even after we told them she could fall. She didn't even have the pads on the floor that if she falls it cushions the fall. Right now I have been calling this place since 9:00 am and is 2:10 and I haven't received a call back, even after talking to the social worker. I would stay away if I were you!
