We have been on the program for two months and their customer service is very poor and have been stood up multiple times (counting today edging over 10 times) for training/setup/help. Very poorly managed operation. They have appealing features, but expect to figure it out on your own. BEWARE!

We have been using the Autovitals Digital system for our shop for over 3years now, and couldn't be more pleased! Also, seeing other shops nation wide in the latest Digital Shop conference this weekend who have SO many success stories was AWESOME!. Very shady, they stated their system did the same as the competitor, assured me it did. They on boarded me and during training the person doing the training explained that their software is not capable of opening work orders from the tablets which is the main reason we were looking into a system like this. I canceled the training, we did not even start using the service and they still charged me for 3 months plus the on boarding fee.
This past weekend AutoVitals put together a wonderful conference for their customers and potential new customers in Marina Del Rey.
What a great event, business owners that are working hard on their businesses came together to share and learn more what AutoVitals has to offer. As a customer of an auto shop that uses AutoVitals, I am forever thankful. This is a software that truly offers mutual benefits to both the customer and the auto shop! I was blown away when I received my first AutoVitals report after check-in at a mechanic that I had visited only a few times in the life of my 20 year old car. The AutoVitals report documented everything: Who I spoke to, the mechanic that worked on my car, photos of the inspection along with diagnosis and recommendations. This last time I brought the car in for what I knew was something broken in the suspension. Within hours of dropping the car off the auto shop sent me a video of the broken sway link in action. All inspection reports are downloadable as a pdf. This technology benefits both the shop as well as the consumer, with notes to remind you of preventative maintenance. Add to that the convenience of cell phone notifications and the ability to respond as well. Just amazing. Having this information has made me more aware of my responsibility as a car owner and I guarantee you that there will be less neglect on my part and more business for my auto shop. Everybody wins.
Be very careful when signing with Autovitals they require a 2 year commitment and have automatic 1 year renewals. Garrett was helpful in that he explained that this agreement then locked in our favourable pricing. Looking forward to getting the app set up.
AutoVitals is an awesome company to work with. Their product is superior to other digital inspection company's with lots of added bonuses including work flow management, Customer retention and active sales reports. I would recommend AV to anyone looking for a digital inspection / work flow company. There customer support is one of the best i've dealt with.
I have always been more than pleased to work with the design/marketing team(s) at AutoVitals. Their ideas are fresh and relevant, and their approach to their work professional. Projects are completed in a focused and timely manner.
Great ideas, lots of software challenges to be worked through. There is no doubt that AV's latest generation of software has, at times, frustrated both their clients and the people who support it. Outages and glitches are far too frequent. I'll admit, if we had not committed so much already to this course of action, we would be ready to move on. However, we hope that better days are ahead. AutoVitals states that they are pushing hard to stabilize and fix the overall program. We'll give them enough time to prove if they can do it. Kudos to Chris Maggard especially, she has had incredible patience and is a great trainer. She deserves a raise!
