I once lived in Hoquiam WA and had the same kind of bad service with a little extra.
The city of Hoquiam changed my water meter out for one that had less water pressure. It was approved by Brian Shay City administrator!
So be thankful that has not happened to you.

Is it really that difficult to be polite when in customer service? I understand I am at their mercy when needing water service, but their condescension and behaving like I am an annoyance, no please , no thank you is just rude. And it is EVERY TIME I phone them. Grateful that today s call has been moving out of their service area...
Called to find out about transfer of service and my final bill got someone so rude on the phone I couldnt believe it. They wouldn t tell me what my final bill etc. was.Really bad service. Another person that doesn t like their job. Wow should have a minus star rating on the reviews.
On time, friendly, helpful, did good work and honest. Solid company with a professional staff. Very pleased with the prompt scheduling, the job itself and the professionalism of your plumber

i was very happy with my experience and visits. Scott (PE) and John were very helpful and patient. They were very understanding and went beyond to help me.
I wish I could give 4 1/2 stars, because calling them is futile, but every in person encounter I have had has been pleasant and productive! I am treated with respect, even though I dress like a homeless person :- ) When I had a water pressure problem, a water guy came out and confirmed it and let me take pictures of a pressure limiter so I could find mine! Every time I have gone into the office, I was greeted warmly and they had the answers that I needed! But I have called the meter people twice and although their answering machine says they will return your call, they haven't with me? As far as utilities go, Alderwood is the best I have ever had!!!!!
Wow was told it can take up to three days to restore water. $75.00 fee when it is turned off. But you can pay an extra $100.00 for same day serves or wait up to three days. And extra $175.00. After being over charged to begin with. Seriously ruthless to take advantage of people who having a difficult time paying to begin with. Sounds like people at the top have been drinking their own tap water.

Does anyone know what s going on with the loud vacuum sounds coming from this place as of recent? I live next door and it has become unbearable the last few weeks. It wasn t there last year but it s insufferable
