I enjoyed doing business with the staff of AutoNation Subaru West, in Golden, CO. Gotta say, there were a few visits to other dealerships in the area as part of my car search and they were ok and one was a complete nightmare to even communicate with. Then when I visited AutoMation Subaru West location, their communication style, follow-ups and ways to answer questions were relaxed, not pushy at all, and very polite. I realized that these cars have almost the same price in the area, irrespective of which dealership I do business with. So their customer service won my business.
