I'd went to another Nissan dealership, and wasn't happy about the outcome... I decided to call Katy Nissan because that's where my son resides, and boy am I happy that I did. Very courteous and friendly. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ms. Alex Gutierrez. They were very thorough and professional. From this experience, Katy Nissan is now my home for maintenance and hopefully new purchases in the future. Thanks again Alex, Tara Hardy
