AutoNation Honda Roseville Review

I had the privilege of working with Nate Scott and Kyle Smith. Both gentlemen were very helpful and knowledgeable and I never once felt any kind of pressure to buy. I explained to Nate exactly what I wanted and within an hour, I was sold! Nate was extremely personable and went above and beyond in his service. Not only did he stay with me the entire time (despite being off the clock) he also gave me a snack because they were a little backed up and the wait was longer than usual. Kyle Smith in Finance was great as well. He was able to give me a package that fit exactly what I needed. All in all I'm a happy customer . Two thumbs up gentlemen

Purchased my Honda from another Honda dealership. I live near Roseville. Saw the reviews and decided to take my car here for the fuel pump recall for my 2019 Civic. James was great. He called me before my appointment that morning to let me know there was an issue and the part was unavailable. He called me back within 10-15 min and made it happen. I appreciated this because I was thinking this is my first experience with them. I got scheduled for a service two weeks in advance, but the fuel pump wasn t available.

I m glad James was checking the type of jobs that were coming in that day or else I would of went down to their dealership for nothing.

They had my car for a few hours and back in my hands the same day. I plan on going back for any other needs that may come up. Again, James was great, very informative and professional.

We had a great experience at AutoNation Roseville. We worked with Erek in Certified Pre-owned. He arranged for us to test drive several cars that we were interested in. They had a big inventory, which meant a lot of different options to try out. He did not put a lot of pressure on us but made sure we had what we needed to make a good decision. He let us test drive the cars on our own, which meant we didn't need to wear masks and could spend plenty of time checking out the details of the car. We will definitely come back here and recommend it to others. We were very happy with the service we received!

Overall had a great experience and would be willing to come back again even though there are Honda Dealerships closer to where I live. This was my first time buying a car (2021 CR-V), so I was pretty nervous coming in. But the salesperson I was helped by, Nate, was very pleasant and answered any questions and concerns I had. I wasn't pressured into anything when signing paperwork and the process was explained to me at each step. I definitely recommend checking them out!

I have dealt with multiple repair shops at the dealership and I have to say this was my best experience yet. The staff is very polite, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Dropping off my vehicle after hours in their lock box was very convenient. The next day they called me and verified they had received the keys and would start working on my vehicle immediately. They kept me informed through-out the entire process, even when ordering parts and had my vehicle fixed in no time. Overall great service!!

Came in and knew exactly which vehicle I wanted and ready to sign. Spoke to a wonderful salesman names Christian, and with the help of Bianca in finance, I was driving my new vehicle that same night. Smooth experience, and the employees were helpful with explaining each step throughout the process.

This place worked great...had vehicles not only in my affordable price range but low mileage as well. They worked hard with me and my wife to get us the best of everything with low payments. Definitely going here again when it comes time to get my wife her vehicle

Honda #4 bought 3 and currently leasing the 4th. Love the new standard features on the LX. Digital dash is sweet, lane assist... Good Job Honda!

She was knowledgeable about the Honda Pilot we were interested in and had us in and out of the dealership faster than we ve ever experienced before. James Harding is always professional and ensures whatever my car requires is completed. Kuddos to the service department. I could go elsewhere, closer to home, but have always felt comfortable with the service.

I do wish I could obtain my service records on line so i make sure I am am on top of any needs or questions I may have. Major issue with me, my prior dealer in the bay area provided this service.
