Purchased my Honda from another Honda dealership. I live near Roseville. Saw the reviews and decided to take my car here for the fuel pump recall for my 2019 Civic. James was great. He called me before my appointment that morning to let me know there was an issue and the part was unavailable. He called me back within 10-15 min and made it happen. I appreciated this because I was thinking this is my first experience with them. I got scheduled for a service two weeks in advance, but the fuel pump wasn t available.

I m glad James was checking the type of jobs that were coming in that day or else I would of went down to their dealership for nothing.

They had my car for a few hours and back in my hands the same day. I plan on going back for any other needs that may come up. Again, James was great, very informative and professional.
