Overall, our experience was the best we've ever had at a dealership. Andres was our salesman and he was FANTASTIC! Very kind and professional. The great thing about this place, or at least Andres, was there's no high pressure sales tactics. The first night we went and looked, Andres found us by actually moving a vehicle. He answered a couple questions, gave us a card and said let me know if you have any questions and went back inside. Nobody following us around or making us feel uncomfortable trying to give us a bunch of riff raft. We ended up going back the next day to take another look and settle on a vehicle before actually going back on the 3rd day to complete the deal. All in all, the whole process took us about 3 hours between all the visits we did. Which for anyone whose gone to a dealership, isn't bad at all. Amanda, the finance manager, was AWESOME as well. Very friendly and felt really bad that it took us even 3 hours to get the car. Almost every dealership, if not all, I've ever been to, could care less how long you're there.

The one complaint I do have though, and this is with any dealership, is how they manage people's credit. We walked in there with a pre-approved deal from CapOne in hand but had told them, OK, try with Chrysler Financial and see if they can beat CapOne's rate. They couldn't, but by the end of it all, they'd already sent out our credit app to 5 other banks, all of which did a hard pull. That was done by the first finance manager the 2nd day we went back which I was NOT happy with. So the day we went back to sign the papers I made this known and Amanda said she would definitely take care of this and send out letters to the banks asking they remove those inquiries. Again, no dealership I've ever dealt with has been gracious enough to even offer that.

So if you go up there, I'd recommend dealing with Andres as you're salesman and Amanda as the finance manager, hands down!
