This is an auto vidal group place and like all their places they allways seem to me to be aloof in their client treatment. I belive this is because in most of the car makes they are selling they are the only concesions here. I think that another concesion would bring them to the ground quickly.

Fatal service. Make you wait for hours, even when there is nothing to do. Last service they were supposed to change the brake pads and they obviously put in cheap quality, so brakes worked worse than with the worn oringal ones. Very snobby treatment. Sad to see a good brand going down the drain....

The service of the AUTOVIDAL Mercedes workshop (Palma de Mallorca) is disastrous. From a job of 130 they have generated a repair of 1852.29, which they refuse to take over. I have complained to Mercedes Spain and in case they do not take charge I will initiate the pertinent legal actions.
Luckily I have evidence and witnesses that certify reality.
