The service of the AUTOVIDAL Mercedes workshop (Palma de Mallorca) is disastrous. From a job of 130 they have generated a repair of 1852.29, which they refuse to take over. I have complained to Mercedes Spain and in case they do not take charge I will initiate the pertinent legal actions.
Luckily I have evidence and witnesses that certify reality.
In property I also have a Mercedes A 200 (year 2019) with which I have already made less than 20,000 km and I can assure you that AUTOVIDAL did not take it to the first revision.
A real shame.
