I purchased two of the same parts and returned one. I was denied a refund, however, Auto Haas kept my part. I called and gave them the invoice number that shows I ordered two of the same parts instead of a left and right control arm I received two right control arms. So, they kept my return part. Marco stated he would check in the return department for the part I sent back and would call me back. Instead, Marco sent a denial response to Ebay to close the case. Auto Haas is dishonest . Being dishonest will not increase your sales for long!!! I have informed many people about this incident and sadden to be taken advantage of as it is the principle of honesty and being fair not the money.

Avoid this place like the plague the guy who works the front desk is an absolute psychopath maniac. He looks like he's on meth I went in there for a simple purchase and he was going off the rails on me for no reason. I've been to many junk yards before but never have I seen a guy act this crazy and unprofessional.

Considering the 40 minute drive I had to take to get over there, the service was exceptional. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for reasonable euro parts. They had everything I was looking for, even the very specific parts that other places I had visited didn't carry. Take the trip, the staff is awesome! You won't leave unsatisfied, I promise.

Hard to find these kinds of businesses around nowadays. I got two flats on my A4 a few blocks away and the one spare I had was ready to blow. As I was trying to take a wheel off, Marco the owner/boss saw me in my state of anguish and saved the day. Got one of his guys to replace the tires and I actually got to work. Marco you the man! Lmao after reading a few of these reviews I wanted to chime in. I have a B6 S4 04 and my first time going there I met the owner. He is a one of a kind great enthusiastic person! Which I suppose all of us Audi owners would prefer and can easily relate to!! I just purchased another part from them today a fuel pump and will probably need more parts from them in the near future. Only rated 4 stars because well idk everything isn t perfect but with my two recent experiences with them THEY ARE GREAT!!
