Great staff and great partners in the trucking industry, loved the building.
Great company doing good things for their customers .
Run from this place. Management is terrible but regular employees are so sweet and just need a job. This place would be so much better if they had better people in charge.
This was my first time using Michelin on callwhich I guess is actually ttn fleet solutions. I was broke down in the middle of the night and had both of my dogs with me. Brittany was able to get me a tow truck and she found one who would take my dogs even though the First Lady I spoke with said they don t take dogs. Brittany updated me on the eta and made sure I had everything I needed and gave me restaurants in the area too. She was awesome and I hope someone sees this so she gets recognized. As drivers we deal with a lot of cranky people and it s nice to talk to a friendly voice sometimes. Thanks-josh
Got a call out on a air line leak got to the customer and received a call to cancel service another vendor was already on site. Was told that they would review the call for a gone on arrival fee. Told them I was onsite and they had called out two service providers and that I required immediate payment because this wasn't a goa but a double book. After going back and forth they paid with a cc. Once I was back to data service ran the card and it was no good. Apparently this company has a reputation of screwing service providers. We will not work for them anymore nor should you.
IF YOU ARE A TOWING OR ROAD SERVICE DO NOT DO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY !! THEY DO NOT PAY AT ALL !!!! . We provided service for them and when you call them no one answers and it transfers you to a voicemail and no one ever calls you back !!! Seeing all these reviews made me realize they screw a lot of people over !!!!! DO NOT USE OR DO WORK FOR THEM !!!
Worst company ever: This the is the worst place I have ever worked at in my life! This company does not care about its employees nor it clients it all about money, money. I worked for this company April 2018- November 2018. I worked 6pm -6am Wednesday night-Sun morning. The first red flag was that there are no schedule lunches or breaks. I was told that the owner said he doesn't have to give us a lunch by Texas law. Now you could take one but you would lose 30 minutes because they refuse to schedule lunches. Breaks were only given when the Queue was clear. Some nights I wouldn't get a break until 1am or 2 am when the queue was clear. Yes many nights I worked a 12 hour shift with only one break. Even though I started my shift at 6 pm. So for 12 hours I was only getting one 15 minute break because I could not afford to take a lunch and lose 30 minutes. We couldn't eat at our desk the nerves of this company to treat there employees so poorly. This dispatching company I thought would be a great opportunity to join boy was I wrong!!! My job duties were to take incoming and outbound call for commercial vehicles in need of roadside service. The problem was while dispatching help for drivers in need of help we were also taking in new calls from another commercial driver who often did not know where they were and you had to help find them some time it could take 15-25 minutes which would delay your dispatch that you are currently working on and the broke down drivers would not get the immediate service that they were promised. It was very frustrating to work in this type of environment. I began to look for another job I had been at TTN Fleet SOLUTIONS for seven months and I never missed a scheduled day of work, and did not have any attendance issues or performance issues. I was so thankful that I found another job because by this time I was driving over 90 minutes to work from South Arlington, TX to Argyle,TX. I notify my manager Johnny M that I would be putting in my two week notice soon and he seemed upset I told him as a sign of respect. Boy was that a bad decision because the beginning of December I was going down my stairs and fell bruise my knee pretty bad the pain was unbearable. I call before my shift and spoke to Johnny M and told him I would not be coming in due to the incident. He sound concern but only hours later I had recieved a voicemail from Johnny M on my cell phone stating I was fired because I call in. The reason was they need people to be there. What?! Last week I lost 10 hours because of business needs. We were being sent home every day because the call volume was slow. What a poor excuse. After being there for seven months seeing so many people calling in and were not fired I did not understand. Johnny M was a low grade manger so I expected to hear from someone about the situation but never did! So I email HR after not being able to speak to someone in that department. I even sent a picture of the bruise on my knee. I CALL IN ONCE AND WAS FIRED ON MY VOICEMAIL!!! This a Poorly ran company!!! I never received a reply to my email! The manager that fired me Johnny M was flirting with the agent giving out his snapchat I know because I watch plenty of his snaps and the reason he communicated on snapchat because it hard to keep a trail but screen shots still work! So if your friendly with management you can call in all you want I ve seen it done! Fair employment does not exist in this company!! I could say so much more...Do not work for this company and if your a client reevaluated the services you are receiving!
It took these clowns longer to approve the invoice then for the mechanic to take out a suspension air bag, drive to the supply store to pick up a new one and put it back on.
Dont waste your time doing work for then they dont honor the rate sheet you send over and they lie and dont return calls they are just as bad as fleetnet they are even worse now
They do not pay their service vendors. Will not do business or service for this company no more. Gave them a 60-90 minute ETA. had my truck out there sooner. As my truck was pulling up their customer was able to get himself out of the mud. They called and said submit an invoice for the agreed $100.00 GOA. When I called back the following week was told that it was being reviewed because we gave a 60-90 Minute ETA. If you are a service vendor make sure they pay you up front like all other breakdown service companies. Otherwise you will get screwed.
We will be longer accept call outs from TTN. It has been two months since we did a simple jump start for them and still no payment .sent invoice to their vendor portal within 4 days of the service. First time I called had me on hold 30 minutes for them to tell me they set us up for Po's and we would have to wait a month. I told them this is not acceptable as we do not want them as Po's. Went ahead and waited a month, called them back and they said they never received an invoice from us and it was over 30 days. Thank goodness I copied the email they sent saying my invoice was accepted. Told them that and still no payment. My office staff has spent over 2 hours in phone calls and being put on hold. Very unprofessional company. Would like to know where the money their contracts are paying them . They sure aren't using it to pay the vendors.
These folks offer a great service and are very professional. Good team to work with
Had truck breakdown. Was told it was $55 to dispatch a towtruck out. Before truck was sent out it was determined it couldn't be towed. Ended up calling a smaller company to do roadside. Called TTN to refund $55 since tow truck wasn't dispatched. TTN stated the $55 was to find a company to tow trailer. Not the actual tow truck coming out. I PAID $55 FOR SOMETHING I COULD HAVE DONE MYSELF WHICH WAS WHAT I ENDED UP DOING ANYWAYS!
TTN FLEET SOLUTIONS ROCKS! While you might be talking with or dealing with TTN when your all of a sudden having a bad day. The operator's who assist in getting help was by far the easiest fleet assistance roadside help I have ever used. Thank you !!
Do not tow for this company! Hooked 2 different trucks and still waiting payment. Call them and right to voicemail. Email the bill and no one replys. leave a message and no one calls you back. 60 days go by and they say "oh this is 60 days old we don't pay invoices that old" Whoever owns this company should have his teeth kicked in.
They suck, called and asked for service then I called back and cancelled services and they still charged my bank $65 what some rippoffs. Don't ever use these ppl
Terrible service. Incompetent agents when you call. Right hand doesn t know what the left is doing. I don t know how they ve weaseled their way into this industry but they ve convinced trucking companies that they re needed when all they do is complicate situations and often make them worse. Do not let this company trick you! - Per my own experience, shop technicians, and other drivers.
I love working for this company, and helping the very people that supply America with all our necessities, and more!
DO NOT DO WORK FOR OR USE THIS COMPANY TO GET ANY SERVICE! THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILL NOT PAY YOUR ROAD SERVICE BILL IF YOU CANT FIX THE TRUCK ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD! DO NOT USE!! -SCOTT HENDRICKSON EMERGENCY SERVICE
Tow truck companies DO NOT sign up with TTN. They short pay you if they even pay you at all. Still disputing many jobs we did for them. Stay far away as possible.
I'm the accountant for a Towing Company in COLORADO and have been trying to get payment for tows from May 2018. We have put them on COD over a year ago. And when we reach out and send Past due bills monthly and still get nothing, we have called and just get a voicemail. I don't know how they can do this to companies but they are getting paid on their end, but not paying TOWING or ROAD SERVICE'S. Listen to these reviews and don't do work for them.
CROOKS!!!! REFUSED TO PAY ME AFTER I WORKED MY BUT OFF IN THE FREEZING BITTER COLD VERRY EARLY ONE MORNING.They are pathetically inept. They are very rude and demanding and have unrealistic expectations of what a service provider can AND WILL PUT UP WITH!!!
Worst company to do business with. Pays you what they think they should with no regard to actual time on call. Or just will flat out not pay you. Do not do business with them.
Communication is a little lacking, but they paid my bill the day the work was completed. Call center workers were VERY polite and helpful. Thank you.
They called my tow company to tow a truck for them. Faxed me instructions right down to the minute my driver was to leave my yard. When my driver arrived at the location their truck wasn't there. Turns out their dispatcher got the information wrong the truck was in Mason,Tx. NOT San Angelo, Tx. Told them they would still be responsible for a gone on arrival fee. We were told we would receive a call with payment within 30 minutes that was over 24hours ago. Called dispatch back now it's turned into supervisors and emails. I think I see where this going. It is because of people like this that policies are made to not dispatch trucks without payment Thank You TTN Fleet Solutions lesson learned!
No one will ever return phone calls and I haven't got paid for so many service calls. Beware. I'm done working for them. I'll just cut my losses.
This company is a joke they steal Money from there service providers and there customers I will not recommend them to anyone
Recently we received a call-out request from TTN to replace a mudflap on a trailer. Naturally there was more damage than just the mudflap, and TTN refused to pay for the additional repair. We offered photo proof of the damage, but the representatives of TTN refused to even consider the added evidence. As an independent , we appreciate the type of service that companies like TTN offer, but they are the ONLY COMPANY WHICH HAS REFUSED TO PAY FOR RIGHTFUL REPAIR CHARGE. I thus WARN others... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OUTFIT!
We went on call to cover a tire job for one of TTN S clients, unfortunately the truck needing the service wasn t there anymore but TTN still took the Responsibility to pay me for making my way there. Thanks a lot!
I agree with many of these reviews. This company does not pay and when called about it they hang up on you. They are very unprofessional and we now call them Ta Ta for Now. I would not advise doing business with them.
I wish I could give them a negatives score. It would be -100. DO NOT USE. I rarely leave reviews but had to for this. This service is completely useless. They will not give you any information until they charge your their service fee of $65. Make it seems as if they have so much to offer when it's not true. I called for assistance with getting a tow company. It took them 35 minutes to get back to me with the first offer. The offer was ridiculous and at least 20% more than I received calling around myself. I got frustrated as they did not call me back for an hour after I refused that first offer. I used that time to research and I called myself and had 3 different tow companies to choose from with much better pricing This company is a rip off. Do not waste your money.
No shift differential for working overnight/weekends. No rotating schedule to get a weekend off if you work weekends. TTN pays $3+/hr less than the starting pay of companies they directly work with. 12 hour shifts in duct taped nasty chairs with no scheduled lunch break or breaks. The network they work with is very underwhelming, dispatchers often use google and truckdown to find providers because TTN has not secured proper resources for the services they claim they offer. Beyond that TTN has a bad reputation for not paying providers on time, even with their own contracted providers. Low employee morale and high turnover rate. STAY AWAY EDIT FOR CLARITY: The five star reviews with no substance are left by current employees
Just awful service. 3+ hours to get a tire technician out here. Completely ruined my schedule. I would not recommended anyone to use this service. 0 stars if I could.
Call out in middle of rain to repair truck. As third party providers we value our response time. We complete most jobs in a hour for $215 . TTN fleet solutions likes to add a large fee to bill and then won t pay the road service providers without a major hassle. Please don t use this breakdown service
I am changing my rating from one star to 5 star ,for the reason that Tyler Harden reached out to our company to assist in restoring our relationship with this company. He is working hard to correct issues within the company.
TTN is a great company. Never had problems getting paid. The staff is nice and easy to work with. Glad we are a provider for them.
The worst company to ever deal with. Unprofessional and rude. I wouldn't even give a call to this sorry company. Managers call people out side of there work who don't work there and tell them not to call here. Plus the manager Matt Dunn is rude and out of line and disrespectful.
If you are a towing company dont think twice to not work for them. They will beat you out of your money and not pay. The worst company out there.
We receive calls from TTN regularly and have had an awesome experience. They adhere to their payment terms and are always helpful and friendly! Great business to partner with!! Mike Phillips All American Towing & Recovery DFW Metrolplex
I own a small road service here in green river Utah and I won't recommend to work for this. People at it all every time I done something for them is nothing but a pain to collect my money and this time they took it to far after about five calls and over a month still not payment definitely not working for them again.
I left my 10 year job for this one!!! I should have came to this company long time ago! I enjoy working here! All I can say is I AM AT HOME HERE AND HOPE TO WORK HERE THE REST OF MY BREATHING LIFE...THANKS TTN FOR BELIEVING IN ME!!! Love you guys!!
Applied for job...no luck. Nice place and people tho.
Called for a breakdown. 1 1/2 hrs get a call back, says tech will be here in 1 hr. Call back told he is still 20 minutes out. Getting ready to call back and the tech calls and says he is in Shawnee, Ok just finishing a job and he will be here in a 1-1 1/2 hrs! Says he doesn't know who told his arrival ETA! WHAT A FREAKING JOKE!
Great place to work, the bosses are nice. And the people you work with are fun. It does get busy but a good job.
