Autofurnish is the biggest fraud company I have come across in e-commerce space. They might want to become Amazon of automobile accessories, however, their ethics and cheating attitude is world class. The company screwed me up big time after I paid around 7.5k to buy accessories of my BMW X1. Starting from timely delivery, packaging, quality and customer service - they will become pain into rear. The company CEO (Puneet Arora) doesn't think himself of any less than Jeff Bezos, but his work ethics is as cheap as you can imagine. Despite my repeated email and request to speak to resolve the issues, he never ever bothered even to reply over email. I had the similar issue with Amazon once, and after writing email to the CEO, my issue was resolved in 24 hours. The CRM executive (Sapna) is just a puppet in the hand of CEO. She requested me to change the rating (I gave 1 star the very first time) because the Puneet Arora ( who never bother to respond client email) was angry. I changed it to 4 Stars on her promise of fixing the issue. However, after I changed the rating, they showed their true color and delivered me worse quality floor mat (their own brand) for BMW and charged me bomb. When I demanded refund, they asked me to courier it to their office at my own cost. I requested a call from management, but she refused. This CEO Puneet Arora is a big time coward who can't even face his client over phone or email. So, please stay away from such a fraud company. They are like Delhi/NCR real estate developer who just want to loot your money by floating an e commerce company. Better, you buy from Amazon (at least they respond to your request) or local dealer. I want to give them zero star but there is no option. They caused me suffering for almost a month....

Autofurnish is cheat company, I have order wiper blades and they sent me only single piece and when i called them they said that it will be only single piece only.
when i cancel the order and they won't provide pick up and they ask you to courier it and they will refund only is they satisfy with product.

I ordered mats from their website. However the product that was sent did'nt match the picture on the website. I tried reaching out to the customer service and after much follow up was able to speak to a lady who initially refused to do anything about it. After some convincing, she offered to replace the mats but asked me to go all the way to their warehouse which is 25 kms from my place. So in total I had to travel 50 kms and waste time and energy just to get the product that I had originally ordered. Pathetic service!!

This is what I call waterproof. I tried several car covers nothing came closer to what autofurnish Team sent me. The weight of my car cover was somewhere in the range of 10+ kg and it looks super premium.

Have been using multiple car covers purchased from Autofurnish over the years. The fabric used in their covers is of good quality. Recently came across the idea of a windshield cover (a half car cover) which they were appropriately able to customise for the specification provided to them. The material is soft, it has stretchable bands that allow the cover to be tied to the wheels. Easy to fold covers. After-sales service provided by Mr. Sunny has also been excellent.
I bought a new car and purchased some car accessories from autofurnish. I am satisfied with quality and services of the company.
The seats after installation by professional appeared loose. The professional told the seat covers don't form bucket fitting like shared on product website images. The head rests are too lose and don't fit well. The customer representatives are not responding at all either phone or whatsapp or email. Do not buy anything from this place.
Plus the offers that were mentioned like flat 500 discount for orders more than INR 4999 did not work at all. Feeling super disappointed now. All 5.6k down the drain.

I made a order of Renault Logan full body cover on Feb 8, 2021 and within 4 days I got the cover in hand but unfortunately it was not in right size. I immidiately call customer service and they advice me to share the video and return the product. Very next day courier guy picked my order. After 7 day I got another message that my cover again shipped and after 5 day I got my cover. Now it fit perfectly. I am happy to see that the time customer service mentioned, exactly that much taken for replacement.. Thanks again and hopefully get same kind service in future

Worst experience. Ordered a water proof car cover for Ecosport car around 20 Aug 20 and made online payment. A defective cover was delivered which was picked up around 24/25 Aug on my complaint. Since then I am making repeated requests and calling but no satisfying reply has been received except FALSE promises. Now none is picking up my phone or replying my mail. So I advise one and all, DEAL CAREFULLY.

Received the cover after 103 days. Sadly and shockingly, no change whatsoever has been found to have been made in the width of the car body cover. This is despite autofurnishing being sent photos, dimensions and elaborate write up. This is despite Mr Lalit so called the boss was spoken n number of tomes, messaged. This is their much touted Online delivery (103 days covering a distance of just 600 km. Arrogance, ignorance, carelessness and poor quality seen in abundance. Best is Mr Lalit told me repeatedly that he has increased the width by 4 inches. A bundle of white lies showing either the shop floor man does not listen to him or he is disconnected what is being produced. I have reconciled with the prayer to God to punish the culprits in the worst possible way.

Lighting cable not in working condition, Aux cable was defective music connect disconnect automatically and cheap Chinese dash mat that could be cost around 10 rs but autofurnish sold me at the cost of 100
I requested for replacement of cable and Aux
But replacement is also defective
