Worst experience. Ordered a water proof car cover for Ecosport car around 20 Aug 20 and made online payment. A defective cover was delivered which was picked up around 24/25 Aug on my complaint. Since then I am making repeated requests and calling but no satisfying reply has been received except FALSE promises. Now none is picking up my phone or replying my mail. So I advise one and all, DEAL CAREFULLY.

It is 10 Nov, still waiting for the correct car cover I paid for in Aug against an ONLINE service. During end of Oct, instead of Ecosport car cover demanded and paid for, I was sent a car cover of TATA Storm. Shocking. There is one Mr Lalit who has been making series on false promises one after another. The fact is I have not received. Now, decided to approach consumer court. Received the cover after 103 days. Sadly and shockingly, no change whatsoever has been found to have been made in the width of the car body cover. This is despite autofurnishing being sent photos, dimensions and elaborate write up. This is despite Mr Lalit so called the boss was spoken n number of tomes, messaged. This is their much touted Online delivery (103 days covering a distance of just 600 km. Arrogance, ignorance, carelessness and poor quality seen in abundance. Best is Mr Lalit told me repeatedly that he has increased the width by 4 inches. A bundle of white lies showing either the shop floor man does not listen to him or he is disconnected what is being produced. I have reconciled with the prayer to God to punish the culprits in the worst possible way.
