The vehicles have them in very bad condition. One of them has repeatedly stranded us on the road and we have been late for work. In the middle of summer without air conditioning and without water.
We called the company to ask for proof of why we were late for work, since it was not our fault; and a slightly ill-mannered and impertinent lady, a certain rose, told us that there are no reasons to justify such incidents, we asked her for the complaint sheet and she told us that this should have been done at the time inside the bus.
The truth is that it benefits us more to buy a car than to use public transport.
Possibly one of the worst transport companies I know.
2nd Once you have consulted the schedule with days in advance, at the bus station of Valladolid and on the day of the trip, the ticket window closed, no reference to travel reservations, only a paper announces that the tickets are dispatched in the own bus.
I believe that in full 2019, the company that does not have an updated web page in which it reports in detail its services and allows some actions from the same website, is doomed to disappear, I would feel sorry for the workers, but it is at that a company like this is condemned, updated or die, for the treatment received today I want this second one.
