Friendly, clean, comfortable, convenient. Great location for a base for local sightseeing and skiing.

First time visit to Saanenmoser and I find the hotel to be very welcoming. The staffs are always pleasant and assistive. My room is really comfy and the food is great. The only downside was i got a room overlooking a building construction site so i cant say the view was great. I hope the next time I'm here I could really get a room with a great view of the surrounding area.

Perfect for food lovers with a good appetite as well as XC skiers who like a good sauna! We just returned from a very pleasant long-weekend here and were very impressed. The most impressive features of the hotel are the wellness (4 saunas and steam room) as well as the half-board dinner which offers a huge range of food, and probably more in terms of quantity than even the most hungry XC skier could need. You will certainly eat well here!
The terrace next to the restaurant is beautiful on a sunny day and even in winter a very comfortable spot for lunch (or to enjoy the afternoon cake buffet!).
Our room was in the secondary building which is a 2 minute walk (through connecting tunnel) to the main building. Our room was modern, with a large balcony that caught the afternoon sun.
Overall we loved our stay and found the half-board offering to be very good value.

Overall a great stay. The staff tried very hard to please and always friendly. Balcony / terrace could be better maintained. For 4 stars rather expensive.

Very friendly staff. Spacious rooms, recently refreshed and refurbished, spotless clean. Nice and well equipped wellness area. Excellent food. I recommend trying a very special desert : the sphere. And also the body peeling "chocolate flavoured" !

A very nice hotel, both typical local and nevertheless modern. What marks the most in this establishment is the friendliness of the staff. Everyone treats you friendly and with a smile, in any circumstance. A good restaurant, a nice spa, a nice room. What more ?

I read in the comments that the Relax rooms were cheaper than the one in the south, which justifies the poor view from the rooms and the bathroom which overlooks a parking lot, it was still necessary to know this when booking Because if we Had it been known we would not book such a type of room. The room was very nice as it has been recently remodeled but the bathroom is a disaster old and worn out which was really disappointing. The food is good, the choice is nice, and the staff very friendly. The breakfast is also up to par. Really shame about the room!

We spent a night in this hotel. Very well received, spacious and clean room. Top SPA area, swimming pool, sauna, relaxation room, fitness, ... Evening meal and hearty and well prepared breakfast. What happiness!

We spent the night of Christmas in this wonderful hotel. What happiness! The suite was perfect, we enjoyed the pool and shared an excellent gourmet dinner. The welcome was very nice and warm. A big thank you to the waiters who are taking care of us at the restaurant. They are very smiling and kind to children. We recommend this hotel for both couples and families!

The room was very nicely designed and clean. Unfortunately the mattresses slipped apart.

The spa area is large and offers many opportunities for relaxation, such as saunas, a steam bath, a pool and a relaxation room. Teas and snacks are also offered. We really liked that the spa area could be used the whole day of arrival and departure.

The breakfast buffet is large and also offers many freshly prepared dishes. If desired, dishes from the kitchen can also be ordered.

The 5-course menu in the evening was designed to be exciting and offered a large selection. The food was delicious and the portions adequate.

The rest of the design and ambience of the hotel (especially the hallways) did not quite match the style of the rooms and the restaurant and could be made a little nicer.

Very nice location near the telecabs and walking path. Varied offer of activities with wellness. Massages practiced conscientiously. The common areas of the Golfino space would benefit from being refreshed. The bedrooms are cozy. Quality services. The daily updated menu is exceptional with an impressive choice.

Great place with a fabulous view to the mountain. The restaurant has a good menu with fresh product. The meals are tasty and good portion. The Spa is wonderful, the stone massage was relaxing and perfect. The room was cosy and comfortable, newly renovated and refurbished.
The people were nice and with a big smile.

Very nice hotel in Alpine style.
Food and service were excellent. The spa area can be used flexibly. We felt very comfortable. I can only recommend a top address!

3 saunas and a bubble pool, and lots of free alpine bikes are 2 reasons why it was great. The downside is no store in the area.

Great restaurant with very good service and good kitchen. Very child friendly with children's menu and games room in the basement. We will be back.

Wonderful family owned hotel in Saanenmoser near Gstaad. Great restaurants and spa.

Establishment of a good standing. We feel at home, the staff and friendly, discreet and attentive to your wishes. Nice place for a change of air with many possibilities for hiking.
The value for money is very interesting.

A nice and cozy hotel, very close to ski lifts and train station. Bit pricy. For the price the wellness area should have been bigger.

The restaurant is very comfortable with gourmet dishes. It also features on the Michelin guide 2018.

For the second year in a row we went to the Golfhotel for a romantic getaway!
The welcome is always so warm, the bedding impeccable and the breakfast breakfast truly incredible!
On the other hand, we were disappointed with the supper ... a "prestigious 5-course supper" with a cream of bolete the first evening and a cream of potatoes the second as well as a fruit juice ... in short .. ... not to mention a chipped glass ... I think the old chef has been replaced!
And to finish, a maid entered twice in a row while we were still present ...

We spent a wonderful weekend at the golf hotel. A very gracious welcome, most courteous and professional. The hospitality was exemplary and very familiar. The spa area with a wonderfully beautiful relaxation room is a wonderful place to pamper and pamper yourself. And for the culinary well-being, the kitchen crew leaves nothing to be desired. Very nice hotel with beautiful spa. Warm welcome and very good restaurant. Too bad the noise of an Indian family next to our room lack can be a good soundproofing. ..

We were just there for the evening to listen to a musical performance by a local. We got drinks there. It was a lovely experience, and the music was great!

Super family held hotel. Great service. Spa is super with 5 different saunas, 4 of which are textile free, a hammam also textile free, and a swimming pool. Food is delicious.

Were here for the fifth time. Great location near the ski slope, very friendly staff, nice rooms and a great atmosphere in the restaurant and at the bar by the fireplace. Always my pleasure. But the whole thing has its price. Relatively expensive for a 4 star hotel during the winter months.

The rooms for breakfast and meals are very cozy and pleasant.
Wellness area is below average and is not kept clean during operation. The note wellness hotel is not justified.

Pork sausage with fries was very bad. Sausage was cooked and therefore very dry. French fries not great either. and most of all slapped on a plate without a side dish, without a garnish.

Large and magnificent hotel complex with spa / wellness area. Very good modern cuisine with very good regional products. Large choice at the breakfast buffet with delicious breads. Certainly a small downside because the reservation for massages was not recorded properly according to the request. Pity. All in all a good very pleasant stay

Nice hotel near Gstaad on the most interesting ski slopes. Good restaurant and bar with a fireplace.

The first impression made us happy.
The entrance area with the adjoining lounge is a bit old-fashioned.
The terrace is partially covered, the outdoor lounge is covered and orphaned.
We take a Prosecco, look at the train station, a construction site next door and a small green area. The only one that is well-groomed.
Our room is cozy, well equipped, as indicated in the pictures. On the balcony there are 2 uncomfortable chairs, where flowers and small bushes are planted, weeds are growing and it is quite dry.
There is nothing in the refrigerator because of Corona. But you can order drinks to your room for a bill.
We take a tour of the hotel, look for the 3 restaurants ...
These are simply 3 rooms with the same menu and kitchen everywhere.
We like the wellness area. Sauna, steam bath, swimming pool and very nice relaxation rooms.
We look forward to dinner, the kitchen is really good. The first evening was quite uncoordinated with the staff.
Not all of them offer the courtesy one expects in a 4 star hotel. Without naming a name, there was arrogance in the air.
The breakfast buffet was much rather narrow, everything was fresh, but also here "lovelessness".
Bread or toast was not to be found, but 6 different baked rolls.
A friendly request to the hotel manager was definitely rejected, Corana was of course to blame.
The worst: "We should get up earlier, then there would still be enough"
That left us speechless. Above all, we were already at 8am for breakfast.
The barman from the lounge had to help in the restaurant, so it was mostly unoccupied. The tables looked accordingly, full of glasses, dirt and flies.
Here, too, a few dried-up flowers were carelessly placed on the tables. Despite the cool nights, the fireplace in the lounge stayed cold.

After my partner arrived 2 days later, they made him wait with the statement: the room was not ready yet.
The trouble is, I already had the room, it was already cleaned.
Communication problems in the house?

As a farewell there was a packet of cheese from the region.
But it doesn't make up for it anymore.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly, helpful and forthcoming. The room was extremely comfortable and modern and the bathroom was extremely spacious. At the house there are 3 great restaurants. Especially recommended is the meat. Some of the pool had disappointed us.

Neat hotel, with beautiful furniture and impeccable hygiene. The service is multi-lingual and very kind.
However, services not available such as massages or the fact that there are not even bottled water in the room is a shame.

Quaint hotel, staff in period costume. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, excellent organization. The rooms are large, spacious and well designed. Some renovations would be justified in the bathroom (small marks in the tiling Catalog with many cushions choice (free service) which was very popular.
The Golfino chalet is accessible by a long passage not very welcoming ... Maybe a little more light and decoration would be welcome in this corner of the hotel. I recommend you book instead in the main house, more charming.

Hospitality, service, perfect cuisine ... we are in luxury without heaviness or flonflons. The cuisine is fair and balanced, reserving beautiful surprises. The spa is level. Special star to Livio for his accompaniment of tables and the bar musician, a "young" guitar player outstanding performer.

A little mercantile, spa summary menu qoqa little nourishing, take the map, it looks delicious. The rooms are very vintage, vintage tiles and vintage faucets ... we like it or not ...

We had a pleasant 4 days with wellness and half board. Beautifully newly renovated rooms. The wellness area is modern (chalet-chic), but rather small and therefore not necessarily recommended as a whole wellness week.
