Don't Think Auto Injury Solution is the problem.. but USAA. Auto Injury solutions handles their claims but USAA is dirt. They are RUDE ugly even to Auto Injury Solutions guy who work for them. Remember Insurance Companies are NOT your friends.. if they have to pay.. they don't make as many billions a year. Their goal is to sell as many policies and payout as little as possible.
Incredibly incompetent and inconvenient. They don't notify patients of appointments they have scheduled for them and do not allow them to reschedule. A receptionist told me they would send me a letter telling me my appointment time, which would be at the doctor's convenience, not mine.
Attention all USAA members!!! Call The office of the CEO and demand USAA end their contract with Auto Injury Solutions IMMEDIATELY!!! We members deserve better!!! AIS is a horrible company that should be shut down for illegal amd unethical practices!!!
I love the work environment. But, unfortunately I didnot get an offer. Feeling bad.I would feel very happy if I got an offer. Commutable from my home.
Worst company, won't send letters and then claim client missed appointments. They leave messages for appointment reminders without call back number or where client needs to go. The worst IME company. I don't understand why Geico or USAA uses them. Especially Geico, when they also use other companies for their examinations and those companies are competent and professional.
I wish I could put a negative number but there is nothing lower than a one star. My husband was in a roll over accident hit by a drunken driver who flew through a stop sign. He sustained a concussion and various other injuries and was hospitalized for several days. As a member of USAA we have to deal with this incompetent company who denies most of his claims stating they were all pre-existing conditions. Really-concussion pre-existing?! They even claim my husband has these crazy pre-existing conditions like Tietze Syndrome. Our doctor says he hasn't heard of this since he was in medical school. Apparently we been told they have some rocket scientists (joke) goggling diseases that match symptoms. This is disgraceful, treating someone who was not at fault, and an Army veteran to such treatment. They should be closed down - total fraud!!! Shame on you USAA!!!
Such a horrible place to work, people literally use 2 months here, I will never advise my enemy to work for them. The two supervisors are racist, fake and incompetent, I pray they get replaced soon.Not a good environment to work.
Horrible; Corrupt liars! They will only accept paperwork through fax-not snail mail; not scanned; not e-mail. But guess what? NONE OF THEIR FAX MACHINES OR LINES WORK!! So-you are endlessly trying to fax and call, and they pretend they know nothing about it. GEICO better get their act together and find another company. I am 1 day away from complaining to NJ DOBI , believe me, if things do not change.
Horrible company !!!! Worked there for a few months and the unnecessary passive aggressiveness in the office was TOXIC. It created a hostile work environment. Manager (DENISE STUDSTILL) and supervisor (SEYSHA MEDINA) were SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL AND FAKE. HAD NO OFFICE ETIQUETTE AND Barely knew how to do their jobs and barely at the office! THANK GOD I found a opportunity with a great an environment so I decided to leave the company. I came back the next day to gather my belongings , AND The manager ENDS UP filing a police report against me for that . She was RACIST and super incompetent. HORRIBLE COMPANY to say the least. Would not recommend this place for business nor employment. High turn over rate and they literally don't care for their employees nor the work that's being done! if i could give 0 stars I would. Hopefully they will get someone in their to replace these idiots, that actually knows how to do their job and keep it professional. God bless.
pays little attention to detail, does not complete work, does not retain records sent- keep a copy of everything you send.
