Worst company, won't send letters and then claim client missed appointments. They leave messages for appointment reminders without call back number or where client needs to go. The worst IME company. I don't understand why Geico or USAA uses them. Especially Geico, when they also use other companies for their examinations and those companies are competent and professional.
