I bought my car (2014 Nissan Altima) 5 years ago in July of the year. UNFORGETTABLE. Admittedly, I was credit challenged but the sales guy, Craig, tried to sell me the car for $28K when $23K was clearly marked on the car. When I questioned it he said they had to pay someone to take the loan. Had I been a damn fool I would ve believed it but I pushed back and ultimately got it at sticker price. What s worse is the sales manager approves final prices so he was onboard with that bs. Dealership full of snakes. My credit has greatly improved and I make about $70K but I will be bus bound before I patronize them again. Also, they solicit me about 2 x per year (soft credit inquires I suppose) despite me repeatedly asking not to be called again. My experience with them was unreal.
Response time was slow. Was told I would be notified the next day when parts would be in. A week later I called you and miraculously the parts just arrived that very day. Other than that repair was done with efficiency and I am pleased.
Justin helped me in the service department to get my oil change. He was a huge a help, made the process extremely easy. Definitely recommend going to see Justin and the service department at Autocenters.

This place is a joke. Bought a truck on a sat come wed the truck wont start. The service department tells me the motor is shot has to be replaced. After a week i had to call to see if anything had happened with the vehicle yet and i was told they are waiting on the warranty company. 4 days and the motor is bad. What kind of junk are they selling. The next issue is the payoff on my trade in hadnt been sent 2 weeks later so i get charged a late fee at my previous bank. Tried to call and talk to someone in charge and they arent in the building. Back to the motor i was told they werent sure if the motor would be new or rebuilt which is great because a rebuilt motor with 400000 miles on it doesnt sound to very appealing. I would not recomwnd this place to my worst enemy. They are a joke. Since i posted my first review my salesman Marco came through and handled the situation got some answers for me on the status of my vehicle. He has gone above and beyond what i consider a salesmans job description to be. Thank you Marco for stepping up and getting me some answers i greatly appreciate it.

0 stars. They ran my son's and my credit 22 times. Stated that they were only going to do hard pull once but continued to run. I called to put a stop to this but the sales agent insisted that it was only ran once for each of us. I still told her to stop. She did not. 22 times in 24 hours, I called finance manager whom was going to look into it. A month has gone by and I still haven't heard from him. I call today, he won't answer phone and no voicemail option on a business phone. Mine and my son's credit have been negatively affected. The original sales agent was told that my son was trying to get a used car, however, she kept pulling our credit to get him in a new car that he could not afford. Nothing has been done by going to the agent's boss so I will continue to climb the ladder until someone addresses the situation and does something .

I came into your car lot on 11/10/2018. I was greeted and was received a sale associate by the name Kristopher Johnson, who was very nice this is not about his sales approach. I waited 2 hours to get a credit approval. When Kristopher came back from his manager he said that I was approved but need another person as a co-signer or co-applicant. I refused to take that because I do pay my current car payment and I didn't want to do that and you can bring me my key back since I gave it to them for trade estimate. Kristopher them sent over another sales associate over who wasn't wearing a name tag. This associate was very rude to me and treated me like I as a piece of trash and didn't know what I was taking about. When I refused to take a car and just leave my other car with drive time. I'm trying to rebuild my credit, and this is current on my credit report and stop making payments on this car is not what I want to do. I want to keep my credit intact. After the 3rd time telling to give me my key back, so I can leave because I'm not going to do what they wanted he got nasty with me and then started talking about me with another associate next to Kristopher's station. He said to her see how I handled it and proceeded to talk about me like I was piece of trash. Then I had to follow Kristopher to his manager s desk to give me my key for my car. MY CAR WASN'T EVEN GIVEN BACK TO ME I HAD TO WALK AROUND BACK TO GET IT BECAUSE I WANTED TO LEAVE. I HOPE THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT ALL OF YOUR CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY REFUSE TO DO SOMETHING YOU ASK THEM TO DO.
Worse financing department ever! They add warranty on that u tell them not to . If u are not experienced buyer DON'T SHOP HERE! Dealt with 2 manager and 6 week ago they said they would refund money and now it's going to be another 6 weeks. VERY POOR SERVICE. The transmission will not pull a hill without loosing power and their comments are this is normal Ugh FRUATRATION IS REAL

My experience was horrible all they want is to sell a car but I love my car but I was told I wouldn't have a payment for 45 days well that was a lie I also told them I want gap insurance & it wasn't put on my car loan on top of that I called shay today he said I can bring him $800 to get it he must then lost his mind wouldn't dare send nobody to nissan ever in life horrible & on top of the car was dirty & it didn't have no gas in the car I barely made it home sad experience

The dealership did a great job at changing my oil and rotating my tires. Also gave me a good price on new brakes and rotors that were about to wear out. Staff is always nice and helps give you the best deal and isn t pushy about unnecessary service.

I walked into Auto Centers Nissan looking to purchase a car I saw on their website. After learning it had been sold I was very disappointed. However, Darren turned my frown upside down. I had been thinking of trading my vehicle in for a different one. I went to one dealership that said the only reason I couldn't get into the vehicle I wanted was because of the high miles on the used vehicle I was looking at. My vehicle is less than a year old so I understand. I saw an advertisement for this company that said they were paying off all trades no matter what is owed and no money down. I had someone contact me and before driving over a half hour to get there, I asked all the right questions. Does the pay off actually mean pay off or is it rolling over whatever extra is owed? Is there a true no money down option? I have never had to put money down so I wasn't about to start. I was told definitely pay off the trade in full and no money down on vehicles, including rebate options on new vehicles to get me in with no problems. I get there and Casey tells me my original sales person is on the phone. He quickly smiles and introduces himself. When he sees my boyfriend, he assumes he is another customer (don't assume based on race). His attitude quickly changes. Then I am rushed into the application process where the insults begin. I must be in there with no trade or something worth nothing and low income. I inform him I drive a 2018 currently and my income is several thousand a month to which his mouth visibly drops and he says oh ok. I proceed to tell him of the conversation I had with the other sales associate and he immediately says no. They aren't going to pay off my trade in full, the difference will be rolled over. Then he says I probably need money down or a cosigner. I haven't had a cosigner so why do it now? He then takes my vehicle saying his boss is going to look at it. He was gone only a couple minutes. When he comes back, he brings a piece of paper showing what a 2019 is selling for. I told him I know and don't care because i know how much mine is worth (which is almost the same) and how much mine is selling used for. He walks away and comes back a few minutes later claiming my credit score has dropped nearly 150pts in 48 hours. Then tells me I won't be approved anywhere. I told him my current company will finance me, to which he says we don't use them. I was there less than an hour which is less than I have ever been at a dealership, buying or just looking. I then get home and my vehicle has damage to it that was not there prior. This vehicle was cleaned only a short time before and the damage was not there. Probably why we were rushed out with no sale. I will go back to the dealership that doesn't lie to get me in and really will get me in a new vehicle no matter what. Oh and there was no care that I had gotten off a 12 hour overnight shift before my drive there.

I was worried it would be a waste of time. But boy was I wrong. Through back and forth phone conversations, they were able to have everything set up and ready to go when I got here. Let me start off by saying I would never refer anyone to this dealership. It started off with the salesman John telling me one price but after I started to sign the paperwork it was different then what we discussed. After that i took the vehicle home and realized my key didn't lock or unlock my vehicle. So of course I called to let them know and they told me that oh its probably the battery; no problem just come back up here. Now remind you they are located in wood river, il and I live in st.louis, mo 40 minutes away. But since I still had to return to pick up my title ok no biggie. But how about once I got there they told I had to go next door to the Chrysler dealership because they didn't have the special tool to open the key remote. Get to the Chrysler dealership and to my surprise the special tool was a screw driver. Oh and they made me pay $4 for a battery. Ok and to sum it all up I get to the drivers license bureau and none of the paperwork that they claimed was in the packet to get my plates were in there. So I called to see where was safety and emissions test paperwork was after transferring to several different people someone finally informed me that because I live in Missouri that I had to get that done on my own. Oh and my title registration paper had been white outed and highlighted on so the license bureau wouldn't accept that without an affidavit showing the corrections. And to to sum it up the lady had to nerve to call me and tell me they were sending me a $25 check for my troubles. LOL I couldn't believe her. Oh did I mention the asked me to take a picture for facebook. Sure how about I take this picture of this paperwork and thank you card the salesman John filled out spelling Chrysler... Chrisler several times. Yeah the entire company is a joke. I will not return nor will I ever send anyone to them.

They must have new management or have been properly trained in customer service. I had Nate for a sales Representative, and He was awesome. I was treated with respect and what I wanted mattered. I was going to purchase a used vehicle and Nate took the time and let me test drive many cars before I found one I wanted, a 2015 car, Nate informed me that I could purchase a brand new one for twenty dollars more a month, I was over the Moon. I'm so pleased and happy with my experience, Nate made the difference for me, He never acted like He was put out, not one time. Customer service does matter, and a lot of businesses are lacking in that area.
