They were really great with my Christmas order. Placed the order Friday 12/20 and received it in time for me to wear prior to leaving town on Monday evening. A little late for my review but, really like these guys and very happy with my purchase.
Horrible experience. My dad and I ordered a new Rolex Sunday the 22nd, which was a Christmas present for me. We used his Amex for payment. We received an order confirmation that day. I emailed Tuesday to make sure all was ok. Thursday we got a phone call to confirm the order. The gentleman needed to talk directly to my dad, which is understandable. My father confirmed the order and we were told it would be delivered Friday. A little late for a Christmas order, but ok. He said it takes that long to confirm payment. In my experience it takes less then 5 minutes to confirm whether or not a payment is approved through Amex. The order did not arrive Friday. Saturday we get another call from Jani to confirm our order. Again. She was very rude. I told her we had already confirmed it on Thursday and she said no, you did not talk to a person on Thursday. Well, we did. She said we could get the watch Monday. I was leaving Sunday so there goes my Christmas gift. To change the delivery address was even more complicated. We said forget it and cancelled the order. We will go to another Rolex dealer that believes in customer service.
Great product and price. Watch arrived well packaged and was new out of the box. There was a small mark on the outer Breitling box but not that important to me. I placed my order online in the morning and the package arrived the next day, pretty cool. Overall glad I found this site.
I ordered a Tag Heuer Aquaracer got my watch immediately in perfect condition and it was a substantial discount off of the retail price. I will be coming here first for my next Tag purchase as well. Heck, I could even go towards a more expensive brand since AuthenticWatches makes buying expensive watches a real possibility for people with my kind of budget. Extremely satisfied with my first purchase.

Great Experience! I needed a last minute (really nice) gift and found this site on google. Checkout was really quick and easy, I just used my amazon account which made me feel more comfortable. It says overnight delivery and they are true to that. Got the watch the next day and it was packaged well. Really happy and definitely will be buying more around Christmas time.
I received my watch the very next day in perfect condition. I was hesitant to purchase at first since the price was so low. So I did some research and realized how great their company feedback is on google. Everything was as advertised and promised. Highly recommended.
We were looking for the Black GMT master with the green GMT hand and went to several Rolex stores.. all of which told us that they could put us on a waiting list which could anywhere from 6 months to a year. I was surprised to find it in stock online the next day. I was very hesitant to purchase a Rolex through an online company that was not an authorized dealer but after I called and spoke with several representatives i decided to pull the trigger and we could not be happier! Once payment was sent i got my tracking and the watch was delivered the next day! We took it into the local Rolex store and they sized it and confirmed it is the real deal. Thank you AW team. Very frustrating attempted purchase. Placed order, on website AND email receipt it states Free overnight delivery...But, No. When I don't receive after 2 days, I call & they say It'll be within 3 months because it's a special order? Then, I get a call from them to confirm my delivery info. All good. Then, right away I get a 2nd call saying I purchased from them in the past so they need to confirm what I purchased before...I had no recollection of buying from them before? So, they said since I can't confirm my prior purchase, I need to re-submit payment...that sounded fishy. Next thing you know, they said they had to cancel my order since I was unwilling to provide new payment info Crazy, authenticity process - it seemed like a scam? Wouldn't purchase from here?
Horrible place to order a watch. Deposited for a Rolex and over a month they said the watch isn t available... what a waste of time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR time ordering a watch if it s not in stock. Many other places online if you google it, again learn from my mistake...
