Very frustrating attempted purchase. Placed order...

Very frustrating attempted purchase. Placed order, on website AND email receipt it states Free overnight delivery...But, No. When I don't receive after 2 days, I call & they say It'll be within 3 months because it's a special order? Then, I get a call from them to confirm my delivery info. All good. Then, right away I get a 2nd call saying I purchased from them in the past so they need to confirm what I purchased before...I had no recollection of buying from them before? So, they said since I can't confirm my prior purchase, I need to re-submit payment...that sounded fishy. Next thing you know, they said they had to cancel my order since I was unwilling to provide new payment info Crazy, authenticity process - it seemed like a scam? Wouldn't purchase from here?
