Horrible experience. My dad and I ordered a new Rolex Sunday the 22nd, which was a Christmas present for me. We used his Amex for payment. We received an order confirmation that day. I emailed Tuesday to make sure all was ok. Thursday we got a phone call to confirm the order. The gentleman needed to talk directly to my dad, which is understandable. My father confirmed the order and we were told it would be delivered Friday. A little late for a Christmas order, but ok. He said it takes that long to confirm payment. In my experience it takes less then 5 minutes to confirm whether or not a payment is approved through Amex. The order did not arrive Friday. Saturday we get another call from Jani to confirm our order. Again. She was very rude. I told her we had already confirmed it on Thursday and she said no, you did not talk to a person on Thursday. Well, we did. She said we could get the watch Monday. I was leaving Sunday so there goes my Christmas gift. To change the delivery address was even more complicated. We said forget it and cancelled the order. We will go to another Rolex dealer that believes in customer service.
