Made an appointment a week in advance. I show and only one guy is there and he's giving me sob stories about how he's not sure if the owner is coming in and how he's so busy (even though he was standing around when I got there) and how I should bring my car back next week. Come on!!! If your really that busy why aren't you at the very least calling the appointments that were scheduled for that day and try to reschedule them so people like myself dont waste their time driving half way across the city!

Great service with pleasant staff. I got a ride back to my office and they offered to pick me back up to get my car. I ll definitely use them again!

I ve had my MB for years... Got repairs on my car in October.. I was very impressed with the knowledge that I found about my Car.. Lula was very nice we talked about food & cooking while I waited/ I also met Josi when I picked up my car/ we talked about skin & moisturizers.. (Her skin is Beautiful) .. I m sadden bc I just received a Email that you guys are closing after 46 years...Just when I found a reliable place i truly Trusted.. The only thing I want to say Don t Closed... Stay longer make it 50 years

I started going to Austrian Motors after I bought a 1983 300D and saw another one in their yard. I've had nothing but the best experiences here. They have a mechanic that specializes in older models. Since then he's updated my air conditioning system to modern refrigerant, fixed odds and ends, like a stuck throttle cable, and of course oil changes and services. He's always smiling and tops off my oil, etc, every time I bring it in. Josi, the owner is very nice and I've even ran into her at car shows with her own car. I've enjoyed this place so much I recently also started servicing my other modern Mercedes here instead of the dealership. The first time it was in they found a missing bolt on the steering system that the dealership never noticed. A major safety issue that Josi took a picture of, immediately sent me, and fixed right away. Incredibly happy with this place and would recommend to all!

I bought a used ML320 2 years ago, and had not had any repair needs until recently. I went to Austrian Motors for the first time, after seeing this location for years. I was totally impressed with everything about this business. Starting with the front desk, Lula, my experience started with 5 stars. Lula was professional and personable; I immediately knew I was in good hands. I went in and talked to Josi, the owner. Wow! This lady is GOOD! She is knowledgeable, friendly, and seems concerned about the customer s needs. She followed thru on everything they promised. And then, Shuttle Service within 5 miles. The driver, D, was great! He knew directions and made the ride comfortable and enjoyable. The entire staff supports this customer first attitude, and I can t say enough good about my experience. I WILL be back when needed; and I ll tell everybody I know with a MB! Great job you guys!!

I have been getting my 2012 E350 serviced here for about 3 years now after seeing how much more competitive their prices are than dealerships. Customer service is excellent and Josi does a great job of communicating what repairs are needed and which ones you can wait for

Can t say enough good things about Austrian Motors. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Josie, the mechanic, was able to fix something that my hometown mechanic couldn t diagnose or fix for years. I was called multiple times a day with thorough updates about my car. They even have a shuttle service if you work/live within 5 miles of the shop. I m so glad I found this place.

Excellent place to bring your MB to get serviced. I saw one of their Specials online and decided to give it a shot. A-Service. The place is so clean and the owner and front desk clerk were so nice to me. I am only 22 years old and usually get treated like a child. Not here, they were super nice and explained everything. Josi even gave me a $25 Off Coupon toward my next service too. I am coming back for sure. I live in Tampa area, but my mom lives here in Atlanta. I am often here and this will be worth it for sure. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs MB Service.

The customer experience at Austrian Motors is AMAZING! I called their repair shop to schedule an appointment to have the coolant reservoir on my 2014 CLA250 checked and or possibly replaced. In turn, I dropped my car off early on a Friday morning and promptly got it back, with repairs completed later that afternoon. Which is fantastic, because same day turn around is extremely rear now in days, even for seemingly basic jobs.

Lastly, the shop owner Josi was extremely pleasant, she is very informative and knowledgeable. All in all, I HIGHLY recommend Austrian Motors LTD. to anyone who's looking to have any repairs made to their Mercedes Benz.
