I give the service reps 5 stars but the technician...

I give the service reps 5 stars but the technicians a give a modest 2. Long story short, the radio module needed to be replaced. After picking my car up the radio had 3 AM stations and no FM stations. Programming of the radio should have been part of the initial checklist to ensure that both stations appeared on the radio prior to informing customer that vehicle was ready for pick-up. It was a big inconvenience to take back another day for techs to reprogram the radio.

I bought a sprinter van for my business January, 2020. Since I was from out of state they put a temporary Georgia tag on my van. They said they would handle my Maryland registration and mail the Maryland tags to me. My Georgia tags died and my van sat for over 30 days. Finally Atlanta South mailed my tags to me. My brand new van also came with two different style tail lights. One side is a nice bright LED bar type light and the other is a regular dimmer bulb light. As of today that still has not been repaired / replaced so both sides are the same. No service after the sale at this dealer.

Update: Its been two weeks since the dealer responded to this review saying they would look into this matter and respond back asap. I have not heard a word. Again no service after the sale !

Today is 2/20/21 - Still have not heard a word from the owner. I think my point has been proven !

After months of trying to find the perfect CLS in ...

After months of trying to find the perfect CLS in all of Florida with no luck, Isa at MB of Atlanta found me the exact car I was looking for and at an excellent price. Most importantly, he was there during all aspects of the deal, from start to finish & beyond. Well worth the 600 mile flight and drive back to Miami. I highly recommend him!

My experience here at Mercedes Benz South Atlanta was the best . Jason Doss was perfect. Explained everything thoroughly and didn t leave me confused. He was fair and even waited after hours to ensure I was able to pick up my car after I was running by late. Best customer service I ve had at ANY dealership. Thank you Jason

I was told by Chanel, I had to pay $195 for a brak...

I was told by Chanel, I had to pay $195 for a brake INSPECTION and $390 for a total car INSPECTION. So, doesn't the the total car inspection covers the breaks INSPECTION also? I DON'T KNOW WHY I HAD TO PAY FOR AN INSPECTION, INSPECTION? $685 BEFORE WORKING ON MY CAR?

I brought my car in to have the navigation system ...

I brought my car in to have the navigation system SD card installed. That took perhaps 10 minutes. They offered to wash the car if I could wait 15 minutes. Great, glad to! 30 minutes later the car had not been washed because someone called a meeting and they could not find the keys!! An hour later, its finally washed and they pull it back into the service reception bay BEHIND ANOTHER CAR AND NEXT TO A VAN! They moved the van just enough for ME to drive it out 2 lanes over, instead of simply parking it outside the service area. Absolutely unsatisfactory!

I had a fantastic experience at Mercedes Benz of Atlanta South. Micaela was absolutely phenomenal. Actually the entire team was fantastic including James in Finance, the Sales Manager, and Solemn who took the time to show me how to actually use the features in my car. I appreciate Micaela s patience with me as I weighed the options she presented and for exceeding my expectations. This was my first Mercedes purchases and she definitely made me feel comfortable and Wow d me with great customer service which can be rare. Be sure to ask for her on your next visit!

Overall good experience. Everything completed as requested. I went in for regular B service and completion of the airbag recall. When calling to set my appointment, I was quoted a price for a "Basic" B service. This is fine and happy to have the option but would like to have known of both when setting the appointment as I may have chosen the more complete option then.

Mia was great, everything communicated clearly. They were able to complete both items same day which was a bit surprising as it was the day after Thanksgiving. I am grateful for use of a loaner vehicle as well.

On this experience, I recommend this location and will likely return.

Had a great experience, everyone was very nice and very professional. I was giving information concerning the work to be perform on my vehicle, and the use of a rental car. Everything was finish in a great time frame. Thanks Mercedes keep up the good work.
