Intimate theatre with great low-budget productions.

We get 5 or 6 plays from the season each year and they are very entertaining with some unusual twists

Is a great space! Currently they have the pop up Bumper Bar with all the games from the 70s! Got to pay $10 to play all the games for as long as one likes but it's so worth it! Plus the money is a donation to the Belvoir s Arts Access Program, which gives free theatre tickets to students from low socio-economic backgrounds. So highly recommend this place and go check out their pop up bar if you hadn't already!

My favourite theatre in Sydney, I ve never been disappointed. Saw Jasper Jones here ages ago and it blew mind, one of my favourite performances ever!

Saw Packer and Sons. Excellent production and perfect venue. Good bar food and choice of drinks.

Good small performance venue. Loved the historic building and theatre. That did mean some... concerns... with temperature control. But on the warm evening I attended, it eventually became manageable.

Great theatre, the plays constantly change and the location is great

Play was great! The staff were clueless and unhelpful. They were too busy having a chat while we waited to be served. The cutlery provided were all dirty and when we asked for clean ones we got told they were just dirty watermarks. They seem to be doing bare minimum just to pass their time on their shift, food options were also average.

Intimate venue for live theatre with food bar and excellent facilities

I love this place. It s intimate, especially the downstairs venue, and the plays are often exceptional.

This theatre has a long and renowned history and some of the Australia's best actors and directors in Sydney have collaborated on plays at Belvoir. The productions include a mix of fresh takes on old classics and rhe introduction of new plays.

Super disappointing. Bought tickets on the day of performance and due to extenuating circumstances we werent able to make it. Thought there may have been some goodwill gesture / exchange possible but no.
