I would not ever recommend having anyone much less a loved in this facility , biggest disappointment ever considering why you are placed there to begin with I could vent on and on about this facility nothing positive to say at all and that is so sad ,disturbing.
You will come out better taking care of your own love one! CNA's not trained well! Still waiting to find out how my mom fell out the chair if someone was there watching her????

I have worked with Lakeside Nursing and Rehabilitation for quite a while now. They make the patients a priority. They work very hard to ensure the transition home is smooth, seamless and most importantly safe.
My mother was a resident for 2 years before she passed. Some good staff and some not so good. I had to stay on top of everything and many times go to management with complaints.
My grandmother was in this facility & it is unlike any other!! The food was absolutely phenomenal!
Admission is usually a daunting task full of paperwork & stress, the team made it so easy!
Jason & April helped tremendously & help make her feel at home! Would 10/10 recommend this place to any Northside folks or from anywhere in jax for that matter, worth the drive!
I enjoyed my online experience with Lakeside and look forward to working for them In the near future.
The care your family receives is horrible! My mother was there for rehab and was treated like she was nothing. She was served cold food and the nurse call button was a joke. If she needed help she was placed on the toilet and left. She went for rehab because of hip surgery and could not get out of bed without assistance. CNA and nurse horrible and uncaring. Do not put your family here if you are wanting them to get better!
I wouldn't put my worst enemy in this place, let alone my loved one. Upper management has no care for CNAs or nurse's, which is leading to minimal care to the residents.
