Be very careful - Not genuine business < They do NOT know what your interest rates are.

As an employer - They suck. The shifts worked are too long and the staff are under paid, by national award. When an employer wants to leave, they will aim to have that person beg for their last pay cheque.

As a financial service provider - Do not trust anyone that calls you. They will feed you lies and you will be mislead, completely. They will tell you that they "know" what your interest rates are and that they have special rates with all the major banks. This is SO misleading, it is ridiculous, and ACF should be investigated for fraudulent behaviour.

Me & my wife have refinanced our home loan. Varun Chawla from Australian Credit and Finance, was the Consultant who helped us with this. Varun has been really helpful. He gave honest opinion and he informed us each and every step and kept us updated with the progress of our loan. He had the knowledge and he gave us the best advice possible during the whole process. My Senior Finance Consultant with Australian credit and finance is Varun Chawla,. I must say the best customer service i have experienced for a long time as this is what lacks in most company's this day and age. My transfers between banks is done and dusted now, but it is nice to know when i have a question to ask and i have send a email or phoned that my questions are always answered promptly, with in a company's consultant this is a great quality to have.
Although the best of all is Varun getting me the best deal out there in term of interest rates and i must say i still have the best rates, He has refinanced my home loan, investment loan and we are in the proses of refinancing my Business loan, although the business banker from my financial institution does this he has been involved every step of the way just because i have asked him to as i feel comfortable and confident with his advice.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Just error after error and complete incompetence by the broker ensured we missed settlement once and very nearly twice. What should have been a very simple proccess became incredibly stressful and in the end I had to manage the whole project myself with limited product knowledge or process experience. After everything finally went through I was called by Lendi to provide a review of my experience. I gave a very fair and frank account. The next day I received an abusive email directly from the broker complaining I gave him a poor review. (No really - this actually happened) Never once did I receive an apology or even acknowledgment from the broker that he messed up or even that he could have done a better job. When I complained about this incredibly unprofessional behaviour and the director called me. He was only interested in seeing if he could put me onto another of his brokers for my next mortgage (I have several). I still haven't receieved any of the information I requested on transparency of fees received and how I can change servicing rights to another broker. Lendi also trades as Australian Credit and Finance so same group. I have since found out that there are companies such as "mates rates" that rebate the trailing comissions to you. Don't know if they are any good but can't be any worse and at least you get something back.

My wife and I were first home buyers and not sure how all this works. We were apprehensive at first as it's always hard to know how web-based businesses are going to perform. We dealt with Lester and he was great. I would use ACF again and recommend them to my friends.

ACF provided me with a car loan at 0.75% less than what others were offering. Further, their helpful staff called me during the application process to let me know they could give me an even better rate which increased my savings. The application process was simple and their staff talked me through anything I was unsure of. I highly recommend ACF due to their impeccable customer service and better finance rates than I could find anywhere else.

These guys are spammers of the highest order. Send unsolicited emails that mention your suburb from the fake Peter Dorsett and Jenny Smith. Unethical business practise. Imagine how they treat their customers!

Recent experience with ACF was at first pleasant but it ends with inadequate communications from the agent. Ultimately, my questions wasn't answered fully as well as items discussed wasn't disclose in full after first conversation/ meet up. Never use ACF again. I deserve better.

Eric Mirzayan was very pleasant to deal with and made the process as simple and streamlined as possible for us (a typical overly-busy working couple!). He assisted with obtaining documents for us and made the application easy; was always responsive to requests for further info and prompt arriving for appointments at our house! We look forward to dealing with him again next time we need to review our home loan arrangements.

I Received A Call From ACF Around 3.30pm , At A Time I Was Too Busy To Go On With A Conversation She Kept Asking Me So Many Questions And By Force Tries To Book An Appointment For Me . When I Said NO She Tells Me This Is The Policy . I Said I Am Not Interested At All And Hanged Up On The Phone. And Then A Guy Call Luke Calls Me And I Could Hear Them Giggling When I Said This Is Totally Not On . And I Should Say It Was An Totally Unprofessional Approach By Your Team Member Who Called Her Self Sarah And Samantha During The Second Time She Called And When I Said I Need To Lodge A Complaint i could laughing in the background.

Varun Chawla did a great job in getting me a difficult loan due to my age and large mortgage and mountainous credit card debts. My bank refused to refinance me which left me holding credit card debts at a high interest rate.
Varun found me a great home loan with ANZ which incorporated my credit card debts and now my repayments are less than my original home loan!
Varun was fast and efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful and always went that extra mile. His service is outstanding. I would highly recommend his and his company's services.

When I first received the call from ACF, I was suspicious as I have been burnt before from other companies claiming to do the same thing. Varun Chawala was the guy that came along and he has gone above and beyond what is asked of him. Varun keeps you informed every step of the way and the best part is, he leaves the decision up to you. Never forces anything and is very respectful. Definitely a pleasure to deal with and I am hoping to deal with Varun again in the not too distant future.

They somehow got my number and repeatedly bombarded me with calls. Called to tell them I wasn't interested in their offer and was made to stay on hold for almost 10 mins just to say so! If someone doesn't pick up after 15 calls TAKE THE HINT GUYS!!!!!!!!

Henry Giguere was my home loan refinancing adviser, he is knowledgeable and was very patient when answering all my enquirers. We had some hiccups initially, however Henry's constant and quick follows ups made it all possible for us to secure a really good home loan in a relative tight deadline. With the new loan, my wife and I save about $2,000 per annum on loan repayments!

Illegal credit card debt consolidation. My wife got a random call from these guys promising her we could save money if we refinanced with Australian credit & finance. Then they said the mortgage broker cant come to see us because we live in Queensland. They made us email them all our bank statements. Only to find out their phone mortgage expert said we can consolidate our debt and we would call it cash out for renovations. It didn't sound right, so we talked to our local ANZ branch manager and she said this is illegal and considered Fraud by the bank! not happy about all the time we spent on the phone with these guys.

and creating a sustainable plan. He grouped my loans and overdrafts into
one interest-free payment, renegotiated my home loan and reduced the

I am very thankful to Henry for the exceptional customer service he has provided. He has gone beyond and above anyone that we have had dealings with in regards with my loan. My sister and I both had a very good experience with our ACF mortgage broker, Cameron Langton. Looking back, I am glad I was contacted randomly by ACF broker as I was in the midst of wanting to refinance my home loan with my current bank (NAB - Big 4 banks!!) at the time and found they didn't care about us anymore! NAB bank made empty promises and neglected all my concerns and needs for 2 months! Frustrated it was at about this time I received a phone call from a Cameron from ACF. I was very skeptical at first, and thought it was another scam marketing call as I didn't recall providing my number. However, after postponing Cameron's calls on 4 occasions, I felt bad, and decided to hear what rate this gentlemen can offer us. He sounded sincere. Cameron was patience each time we spoke and has a very good knowledge of his products. He educated both my sister and me patiently. Not only could he offer us a very good home loan rate, he found us a solution through his expertise and product knowledge. Upon hearing us threatening to leave, NAB acted and wanted to change our minds. They are so pathetic (a Big 4 bank), and couldn't even match the comparison rate from a smaller bank! haha. That's very surprising to me.
