Track Utilities, LLC Review

This company is absolutely the most unprofessional utility company my family has ever experienced. They trespass and if you don t allow them to work on the pole from your yard they jump the neighbor s fence and sneak in. Flabbergasted by the attitude of the employees. The pole they work on has an easement but yet they act like they have authority to come on your property without permission. They seem to have a contract with the Cities of Boise, Garden City and Meridian. This does not give them the right to unlawfully trespass.

This company is doing several projects around my area and I have been harassed 3 times now by their employees. One of the employees even called my cell phone and made several threats to my well being. I called their office and the gal on the phone just laughed. What an unprofessional joke of a company that hires disrespectful people.

If you see these guys anywhere near your property just call a lawyer. They dig up and destroy whatever they want then their puppet at ACHD signs off without even inspecting. Destroyed the corner of my property then just left it. Now I have to spend about a thousand dollars to backfill the hole they left and redo the landscaping. What a joke!

They must have Meridian city in their pocket too as they continually disturb the residential community behind the fence with back up beepers, horns honking and guys yelling to each other @6am!!! Complaints about the noise are ignored which says someone is getting a pay off to let it continue...

These folks showed up doing utility work. Not a knock on the door. Leaning against my vehicle while the other guy works. Drove into my fence (barely), but still not thoughtful in any such case. Sorry was all they had for me. A rag tag set up to say the least.

Came here a couple times to service the AC units for my company Access Heating and air. They have been great to us. staff is friendly and helpful.
