Dr. Phillips has been wonderful with me and my family from the moment my husband and I decide to start our family until the delivery of my kids, he is very professional, has a great attitude at all times, his staff is very friendly and they make you feel like home. This was honestly one of the best Doctors visits I've ever had. They were quick, efficient, and still took plenty of time to talk and listen to any concerns I had. Dr. Carpet was great! You can tell she really cares about her patients and her work. So happy i found her.

I REALLY wanted to like this place but I'm never going back. Front desk lady was quite brusque and didn't inform me that my appointment was an HOUR behind schedule. There wasn't enough safe seating for everyone to be spaced 6 feet apart, which is disappointing protocol during a pandemic for a doctor's office in a hospital. I asked 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time how much longer they would be and they said at least another 30 because there were numerous people ahead of me - Dr Uribe had an emergency c section to perform that morning. At least give patients a call to let them know ahead of time - and if you read reviews, you can see that this happens ALL THE TIME with Uribe. Feels inconsiderate to not receive a call, and be given the option to reschedule. It's disrespectful of our time. Definitely disappointed and won't go back. Went instead to Women's Health Midtown and everyone was lovely! Go there instead.
Doctor Akin has been my physician for over fourteen years now. I have always received excellent medical service as well as " sound advise ".
Dr. Wang is amazing, it does take a while to be seen.

I ve been a patient of Dr. Seeker s for 21 years. At least 2 of his nurse practitioners have been there that long. That says something about the quality of workplace for such continuity. As for medical care, Kelly, Casey, Dr. Seeker... exceptional clinical skills and up-to-date research knowledge paired with the best bedside manner. I couldn t recommend the practice more. And Dr. Seeker delivered all 8 of my children.

Its simple. AAOBGYN is THE BEST PLACE for womens care in Austin. AND Dr. Seeker is just THE BEST Dr. He is genuinely the most caring and professional human being. Let me start by the place is beautiful but it s not all what it seems Jessica vendetti is the worst billing manager ever she is very rude and disrespectful talks about people behind their backs and smiles in their face, I don t see how anyone keeps somebody that hateful at their practice. If they get rid of her maybe it will be a better place but overall the doctors I love them all.
My doctor is great, quick, and efficient. The check out staff, however, gave me an issue for saying I want to pay for my services through my insurance company. She even felt the need to tell me if I didn t pay for my services, it will go to collections. She made me feel like I was irresponsible and disobedient.
Furthermore, I felt like I had to explain myself. I told her I have a lot of different doctor appointments and I like to keep track of my payments in one localized place. I eventually gave up and said I don t want to cause you any issues, so I ll pay you today. because I m not a confrontational person. Writing this even makes me feel uncomfortable, but I m doing it because I feel like ya ll should know.
Anyway, I wouldn t come here if a situation like mine bothers you.
Dr. Wang is very professional and friendly. Her Nurses made me feel comfortable as a new patient and made my first appointment process seamless. I was nervous to switch Physicians after changing insurance plans, but I feel assured that I'm in good hands at Dr. Wang's office.
I love going to see Dr. Garcia and her team. I started seeing her as my obstetrician first my first child. She s patient and friendly. She s also happy to explain our questions to the level of details we want- sometimes we ask high level questions and sometimes we (as engineers) want nitty gritty details. She helped us get through our first pregnancy feeling informed and prepared. I can t say enough good things about our experience with her and her team as we grow our family

They are awesome there awesome staff nice genuine I just switched over to them I was a little nervous but they made me feel at home the nurse calls back asap gives lots of advice makes sure I'm ok so I know I'm in good hands.
Always a great appt with Dr. Landherr. She listens and really hears me. She is always attentive, receptive, observant, professional, approachable AND cheerful during my appts, without fail! A long list I know, but all true. I was recently her last patient of the day, after she had seen patients and delivered multiple babies. I may as well have been her first appt! She was entirely present, and I left knowing all questions/concerns were addressed. Couldn't recommend her more!

Dr. Seeker and his partners and staff are amazing! I don't think myself nor my family has ever felt so comfortable and calm through such a stressful time for me. Everyone there has made a major surgery seem like a piece of cake. I have been fortunate enough to have worked with Dr Seeker at my facility so I knew immediately who I wanted to do my surgery. He truely is a genius surgeon and personable doctor. I especially appreciate all the hard work his surgical scheduler has put in for me. It has been a bit of a headache trying to get time away from work approved through my company and Lindsay has been an angel who is prompt in responding and eager to help me close this deal. She has been great as well as everyone in that office. Thank you everyone for all of your hard work and dedication!

For the first time I was a little disappointed at the front desk check in. Two young women to the left were available but were chatting amongst themselves before one finally called me over. It was only about a minute or so extra wait time but in the world of customer service it was a bad representation.

Dr. Garcia is super professional and has a very warm personality. It is extremely easy to feel comfortable with her. She does everything in a timely manner and is very patient with all of my questions about becoming a new mom of twins! We rarely have a wait time longer than 10 minutes after arriving for our appointments.

The facility is stunning and has the most up to date equipment. The staff was on point and catered to my needs. Plus they have a dedicated gated parking lot just for this facility and their patients. I'm so glad I found Dr. Anderson and her staff!

I feel like 5 stars isn't enough. Dr Landherr has helped our family navigate two hard pregnancies. I am so appreciative for the constant reassurance and kindness. She has a lot of patients, but the second she walks into my room she always makes me feel like I am the only one. I'm sure I have annoyed her with my constant worrying, but I have never felt anything but understanding. She will fight for your care, and always makes sure you are taken care of! Her nurses are the absolute best! I thought about naming our last daughter after her, but we already have a Katherine in the family. If you can't tell already we LOVE her! I would recommend her to anyone, and have sung her praises all over Austin.
I highly recommend this place. PA Kelly Reagan was phenomenal. I actually left the appointment in a great mood instead of feeling tortured. She was so quick I didn t even realize she completed my pap and exam whereas most gynecologists basically camp out down there. Her bedside manner was a 10/10, but she still seemed more knowledgeable than most others. My doctor there is phenomenal but he s so booked I m not going to recommend him. It s difficult enough getting in to see him. :)

Dr. Akin has been my doctor since 1990. He delivered both of our kids. He is very competent and thorough, but I have to admit after nearly 30 years as his patient it makes me disappointed that he has no idea who I am and doesn't remember a single thing about me personally or medically. I feel like a new patient on every visit. Also, he was 1.5 hrs. late for my last appt, and didn't even say a word about that. The phlebotomist in their lab had to stick my arm THREE times, in separate veins to get my blood - never in my life had that happen before.
Dr. Akin has lost my trust and respect as a doctor. I have gone to see him twice now. The first time was my first time ever getting a gynecological exam. He walked into the room briskly and began making small talk immediately, I assume to make me relaxed and/or distracted as he began to give me a breast exam. I didn't know that breast exams were a standard part of going to the gyno, and he didn't tell me what he was doing- he simply opened my robe and stuck his hands inside while asking me about what I do for work. I understand that he probably thought nothing of it as it's a routine part of his day and had no idea that I was taken by surprise but I think it might be a good idea to tell your patient something before you put your hands on their body regardless of what part you are touching. I'm not too upset about that though, it was a common misunderstanding but it shows an attitude.
This attitude became more apparent after he finished the breast exam. I told him I work at research study on the Texas criminal justice system during our small talk. He responded "Oh I know all about that my sons a state judge." As he stuck a speculum inside of me he thought it was a good time to tel me all about "the problem with those illegals" and kept referring to "those illegals" and the issues they cause Americans several times as he gave me my annual. Now, I'm not usually one to get into political debates with old white men whose hands are in my vagina, so all I could do was pray for a lightening bolt- or an iota of good sense to come across him as he glanced at my very obviously hispanic name and, maybe, think for a second that espousing his political views as though they are universally accepted was a bad idea, but he was unphased by my uncomfortable silence and pressed on.
I went back in to get a mole looked at by Dr. Akin. He walked in and immediately began joking about how I "couldn't stay away from him" he hugged me repeatedly for no apparent reason at the beginning and end of the exam. Once he started the exam he seemed surprised by the appearance of the mole and he decided to take it off right then and there with local anesthetic and a razor (they had said I would have to go under anesthesia orginally which made me hesitant to schedule). I asked him if he noticed the changes and if they were concerning and he said "Well we'll just take it off because you don't want it looking funky down there anyway" He was being very evasive with all my questions and his actions seemed like there was something to be concerned about while his words never broached the topic of my concerns. He said that usually they do stitches for moles the size of mine "but it'll probably be fine." and didn't stitch it up at all so I bled for days. No one told me anything about after care for the procedure and he left very quickly after he finished. I actually had to ask if they were going to biopsy it, that was how little information I was given. Everything ended up being okay but I think my friend put it best when he said, "If your patient leaves an appointment feeling confused and terrified chances are you aren't a good doctor."
Overall I think Dr. Akin was completely unprofessional, generally confusing and rushed. He seemed like he had no idea how he was coming off to me when he talked about "the illegals" and was being too cozy for comfort. I didn't think it mattered to have male gynecologist but I guess I was wrong. I hope that other Hispanic women do not get treated the same way that I did and I hope that Dr. Akin knows that when he has a woman on his table they are inherently in a vulnerable position and it is his responsibility as a professional to treat all people on his table with respect. That does not mean cute jokes and hugs or making value statements about how their genitalia ought to look, that means direct professional language clear communication and steering clear of political topics that may apply to their family members or make them feel marginalized. Please act accordingly for the next girl. I'll be finding a new doctor.

Let me start by saying I would never go anywhere else. Even if I moved I d probably travel to see Dr. Seeker. He is the most caring and compassionate doctor, who truly cares about you as a person and patient. You generally wait a while to see him but it s worth every minute. He gives you every minute of time that you need and never rushes you, even when he is behind. He wants to be the one to deliver your babies. Every time we walk in he knows my kids and husbands names. But on top of caring, the care I have received for all of my pregnancies has been the BEST. He takes every concern seriously and never disregards anything. His nurses and facility go over and beyond and I would recommend him to anyone.

The waiting room was crowded and the line was forming out into the hallway just to check in. However, within minutes the front desk staff had greeted and checked in every single person. I was called back to see my provider less than five minutes later.

Kelly is a wonderful nurse. She went above and beyond recently while I was dealing with a illness. She listened to me and made sure we addressed my concerns. I arrived prior to my appointment and sat in the waiting room for 50 minutes past my appointment time. Once I was finally called back I was told my doctor had to deliver a baby and that was the delay. The front staff should've been aware of that when I checked in! Poor communication skills on their part But I love my doctor which is why I go here.
I knew from my first appointment with Dr. Garcia that I wanted her to be my OBGYN and am so glad I picked her. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, she listens and she has so much understanding and compassion through every stage of your pregnancy. There are no questions too big or small that she wouldn t sit and discuss to make sure you understand. I couldn t of imagined anyone else taking care of me through pregnancy or delivery. I feel extremely blessed to have been in her care. Her team is great and always so friendly.

Only negative aspect of the visit was that after I spoke to a nurse, I waited for about 20 minutes in the exam room despite being early to my appointment before I was seen by Dr. Anderson.
