My doctor is great, quick, and efficient. The check out staff, however, gave me an issue for saying I want to pay for my services through my insurance company. She even felt the need to tell me if I didn t pay for my services, it will go to collections. She made me feel like I was irresponsible and disobedient.

Furthermore, I felt like I had to explain myself. I told her I have a lot of different doctor appointments and I like to keep track of my payments in one localized place. I eventually gave up and said I don t want to cause you any issues, so I ll pay you today. because I m not a confrontational person. Writing this even makes me feel uncomfortable, but I m doing it because I feel like ya ll should know.

Anyway, I wouldn t come here if a situation like mine bothers you.
