Dr Cowan did my hysterectomy and my "bladder sling" surgery on the same day. I was in and out of Bailey on the same day and the healing process was amazing. I was in no pain and when the 6 week checkup was smooth!! He has amazing bedside manner and makes you feel very comfortable!! Thanks Dr Cowan for a great job!!
Dr. Anderson is amazing. I m past the phase of life where I ll be having anymore children, we have three and are complete. I still feel just as important as I did when I was pregnant. Love her attitude, her bed side manner and her compassion.

EVERYONE was very caring and kind. That includes Casey, the mammography staff, lab staff, and everyone else. They all were very efficient with very little wait time.
Right in the middle of my first pregnancy I had to switch practices due to my OBGYN moving out of state. I researched and found Dr. Landherr. So far so good. Austin Area Obstretics works like a well oiled machine. A few times I had a wait, but that happens. Communication is great and the online portal is easy to access. The cost is a little high but I'm satisfied with the care.

I was looking for a go-to doctor and visited Dr. Garcia because of the great reviews about AA OBGYN, but more specifically, Dr. Garcia herself. The facility was packed upon arrival, but I was seen quickly, which was great. Dr. Garcia was prompt, quick, but very thorough and attentive. The follow-up was timely and I will definitely be continuing to see her for my medical care.

I've been a patient of this practice for 25 years, and they are the best!! When I had pre-term labor issues starting at week 29 of pregnancy with my daughter, Dr. Seeker was so careful and analytic and had so much data (from the sonograms; they have their own machine that they use at every visit, unlike many practices) that I was confident that everything would be okay, and it was--my daughter was born very healthy and on time at 37 weeks. Since that time, I've been seeing Kelly Reagan (Dr. Seeker is great, but when you're not pregnant, it's not worth the wait times), and she is wonderful--very caring, patient, smart, helpful, and on top of everything. I couldn't recommend her (or this practice) more highly! My daughter and my wife see Casey F, and they are both extremely happy with her as well. Shout out also to every single employee at this office (nurses, techs, front desk staff), all of whom have obviously been selected for their warm, caring personalities. And yes, they genuinely are THAT nice.
Dr. Michael Phillips is an incredibly talented Doctor. I've been seeing him for 6+ years. After some fertility challenges, he and his staff helped my husband and me build our family. He's kind, thorough and straight to business. He's pretty funny too, but most importantly he's great at what he does.
The waiting room can be intimidating with all the patients, but it just speaks volumes to how great Dr. Capet and Jessica Schoening truly are! Once you're called back, you are always given the best bedside manner by everyone on their staff!
I absolutely love Dr. Wang! She is caring, compassionate and patient. She takes her time with you and listens without rushing you which sometimes leads to a long wait but she's worth it! So happy to have found a doctor that greets you with a hug and is very genuine.

I made an appointment to be seen by Dr. Garcia about 2 weeks ago. My appointment was scheduled for November 27th at 8:30am. Then on November 19th, I received a voicemail from their office asking/telling if I needed to change my appointment to the 27th in the afternoon. By the time I received the message it was too late to call back as they close at 5pm. I decided to call them back the following business day. Then I received an email telling me my appointment was cancelled and to call back to reschedule. That really upset me because I have a pressing medical issue and I need to be seen as soon as possible. I started calling other offices to see if I could get in. I wasn't able to get in anywhere else so I called their office to reschedule on November 21st. When I called I was told that Dr. Garcia would not be available until December 27th. I told them I could not wait that long and asked if there were any other female doctors I could come in to see before then. They said no. So I said ok, I will need to go to a different office because that is not going to work for me. I thanked them for their time and ended the call. Tell me why today they are calling me to tell me that they do not accept my insurance and are cancelling my already cancelled appointment for tomorrow morning??? They invited me to reschedule and be a self pay customer. Why in the world would I do that?? Your office is unorganized and extremely unprofessional. You clearly do not communicate with eachother or take notes. I would never come back here or be a self-pay customer when I have insurance that your doctor is listed as a provider for. For this level of service??? No way. You couldn't pay me to come here.

Dr. Seeker has been my doctor for 22 years and the reason I have my precious daughter, who is now almost 20. He is the most caring, knowledgeable, reassuring doctor/person I have ever met. I recommend him to everyone, including my daughter-in-law and he has now delivered two granddaughters for me! He has help me through several different medical issues and even when I was the most nervous about doing a surgery, he came down prior to the surgery and talk to me and put me at ease. For five years we lived in Austin and I saw him annually, when needed for a problem and of course he delivered my daughter in 1998, then we moved to San Antonio for over 10 years and I drove every year back to Austin to see Dr. Seeker for my annual check up, I wouldn t trust anyone else. Now I am thrilled to be living back in Austin. I really can t say enough good things about him, Dr.Seeker is the BEST!

Dr. Cowan was amazing, super quick, and open to questions and my understanding of everything. I have run into doctors and NPs who lack in hearing me and I did not get that from him. He had a friendly and funny personality, making an uncomfortable situation bearable in the best way, especially after a previously horrible experience with another facility and provider.
I have an allergy to BC drugs. Every single MD and NP I have gone too still insist on pushing birth control on me. Even if it is rare to have an allergy to birth control, it is still very possible, and I am that person. All of them have dismissed that fact. One even went as far as suggesting a BC that is inserted directly into my arm where I cannot remove easy if I get sick. Like, who does that?
With Dr. Cowan, he mentioned it is rare of such an allergy, but didn t hesitate to believe me at mention of my allergy at all. He just told me if I ever want to consider possible options, he is here to weigh options with me.
I couldn t have asked for a better visit. He not only met my expectations, but he exceeded them to the moon and back.

I found Dr. Uribe by a friend s referral 19 years ago when I was pregnant and desperately seeking a new, better OBGYN and I never looked back. I trust him with my life and do not take that lightly in who is my doctor for what are at times, complex female issues.
Dr Akin took over my care and surgery once we learned that Dr Uribe was going to be out for a while. The transition btw the physicians seemed seemless to me. My preop visit and surgery date did not change from the original schedule. Dr Akin and his nurses have been wonderful! I am sure it has been alot of work for all of them to take on the additional patients. I want to let them know though, how much I appreciate it and wish Dr Uribe a quick recovery!
Although I had to wait about 45 minutes past my appointment time (not bad at a busy OB GYN office!) I had a great experience. Each person I saw was relaxed and ready to talk and listen, there was no hurry. I appreciate that! After coming to this practice for almost 30 years I am still very happy with the care I receive.

I recently moved to Texas, so I had to go through the process of finding all new doctors. If you have ever experienced this, you know it is a task! You have to find doctors with whom you are comfortable. Well, I found and made an appointment with Dr. Wang and she was amazing! I received not so great news during my visit, but Dr. Wang comforted me and eased my anxiety. She is friendly, funny, knowledgeable and I truly believe she genuinely cares about her patients. I would highly recommend her.
I highly recommend this practice. I moved with them when they moved across town from me because it s important to have compassionate and competent care for ob/gyn services. The nurses and all staff are caring and efficient, and Dr. Akin is an amazing human and doctor. He s seen me through a difficult pregnancy loss, a successful pregnancy, and regular gyn issues. It s important as a woman to have a doctor who hears you out and is gentle, and Dr. Akin and his staff provide that to clients, along with a positive atmosphere.

Dr. Garcia is by far the best OBGYN I ve ever seen. I ve seen her many times and every time I ve needed to come in she s been very patient in hearing all my concerns and has always been an overall compassionately centered person. I feel extremely comfortable talking to her, not only because she s genuinely concerned, but because she s a brilliant woman. I ve seen other OB s in the area, namely Renaissance Women s Group, but am very pleased at this practice.
Dr. Cowan has been my GYN for sometime now. I would highly encourage woman if they are needing either or OB/GYN to schedule an appt with this doctor. He puts you at ease and makes you completely comfortable and that s pretty important.

I've had only positive encounters with Dr. Esfandiari. I was seeing her when I was temporarily relocated to Austin. She was very informative, she always walked me through what was going on in the room and most importantly, she gives the reasoning behind her actions or any actions she wants you to take. This is especially important to me because I don't want to blindly follow directions but I want to know benefits, risks, etc. I would definitely recommend her to others.

Dr. Wang delivered my first child over a year ago. Her and her amazing staff went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I had a very long and hard labor (pre-labor started Wed morning and I delivered my son on Sunday morning!!!) I was very adamant on having a vaginal birth and Dr. Wang was patient and diligent and detailed to make sure that both I and baby were ok. Furthermore, she was able to honor my wish and allowed me to have a vaginal birth without risking baby or me. I can't say enough good things about her and her staff. She is the best there is, truly!
I am now expecting my second child and wouldn't have any other OB except Dr. Wang!
UPDATE: i just had my second child with Dr. Wang and as usual she went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure all went smoothly. She is truly the best there is and i feel fortunate to have had her as my OB for both my kids!
Dr. Allison Anderson is the sweetest doctor ever! This was my first time visiting this facility (second pregnancy) and I left more than satisfied!! She s very enthusiastic and welcomed me with open arms. I definitely recommend this office to first time moms AND women who already have children. Very clean establishment and the staff are super supportive.
