I spent quite some time researching to purchase the best laser for my new clinic which could both remove tattoos and unwanted hair. The Quanta Q plus star 2 is the perfect laser for my needs and does the job very effectively with fantastic results. I am also delighted with the after sales service where Jim travels back and forth from Australia to NZ to keep me informed, up to date and make sure my laser stays in tip top condition. I can't recommend Aussie Medi-Tech highly enough. Many thanks to the team.

The problem is that the Australian distributor is arrogant and he try's to say I owe him when in fact he quoted me a price to service the machine and then invoiced me almost double that price. He shouldn't be trusted. To this day he demands I pay him. This is arrogant and makes him and this company not one you should trust. Buyers beware that apparently he is the only one who can offer you after-sale service for the quanta lasers in Australia.
