You'll be lucky to talk to a representative that knows about your plan or is even willing to help. If you do get someone "helpful" then they will probably stop returning calls. They say they cover out of network as long as it's not a routine appointment, but then they will pend the claim for a year and deny it. After that time you will not be able to fight the claim they originally said would be partially covered. My calls were never returned and my expenses were never reimbursed. Aultcare is a waste of money and a joke.

My only complaint is customer service. It's impossible to get a hold of somebody and they do not return phone calls. Took me DAYS to finally get through to someone to answer a simple question that unfortunately could not be answered anywhere else. Ended up switching companies because premium was outrageous for what they cover and how bad customer service is.

Great health plans. They do a great job of explaining my coverage. My company does not cover everything because they pay for my insurance. The team here did a great job helping ke find what was covered and how to navigate the system. Health care is complex and it is nice to know there is a company out there that helps you navigate it.

They don't cover Drs and dentist ppe during a plandemic so my doctor's charge us 20$ a patient for a .000001 thick plastic gown and mask that they don't even change between patients. Whose the bigger theif, I am unsure?

If i could give them negative stars i would! Stay away they will not only take your money that you have to pay them for your premium they will find ways to have you not meet your deductible so all year long you are paying out of pocket they leave out the fine details and sneak around it be very cautious when having insurance through them! Especially with your deductibles fair warning i learned the hard way even with your in network you have several tiers each one is their own amount for deductible so you think you have one deductible but mine had 4,500 6,000, and 7,800 they chose what claim goes where. If you can go with another insurance company do so

A disappointing start to coverage through AultCare...

A disappointing start to coverage through AultCare.

Getting through on the phone has been a nightmare. I've needed to call in three times in the last month and every time have been on hold for over an hour. I would gladly go online to find answers to my questions, but haven't been able to register because my insurance cards have not been shipped yet.

Updated: Unfortunately, I have more experience to review. Routine claims for my family were rejected because we had not turned in an "other coverage" form. I was told I should have received it with my initial enrollment packet...the same one mentioned above that never arrived.

After the rejection, I was sent a copy of the form and faxed it back within the hour. A week later, I called check on the progress of the situation and was informed they had not received the form.

On the bright side, during my recent calls I have not had to wait on hold for more than a few minutes. At least that aspect has improved.
