Nach unzähligen Anrufen und Emails will Herr Truckenmüller immer noch keine Bezahlungen durchführen, obwohl der fast alle LOTS verkauft wurden. rechtliche Schritte und Email Verkehr von Ellein Ruepp über verkaufte Lots wurden auch berücksichtigt. HÄNDE WEG!!!
Be careful with shipping! Exorbitantly high shipping costs, I've never seen similar items at other auction houses: what costs 15 euros elsewhere costs 70 euros here ...

Agreements with the management (the lady of the house - Mrs. Karrenbauer) are not kept. Appointments are also postponed several times. Be careful as contracts are closed quickly and without any real consultation. Nice staff team, but the lady of the house does not think much of customer service and has definitely lost in tone. Too bad.
We wanted to deliver an item to this auction house. Mrs. Karrenbauer promised us a timely processing. After a month, we asked. Radio silence. When asked again, we received the answer from Mrs. Karrenbauer that the object was not in the house. After another week, it reappeared. Then again radio silence. After a total of three months, we decided to pick it up again because Ms. Karrenbauer did not call or informed us.
There was no excuse, only the co-worker who returned the object was very friendly.
