Excellent service. Patio wasn't open when I went, but the view from the inside was just as amazing. Overlooks the bay, and it's just a tranquil view.

Try the bread, it's like a focaccia (it might actually be, I'm not the most astute at bread identification). Goes well with the house salad, I'm ever so fond of fresh radish.

Highly recommend the ribeye, well seasoned crust and cuts like butter. Did not take a picture of it, was very busy enjoying it.

Also try the chocolate cake,it's rather rich and decadent. But the vanilla bean ice cream really cuts down the sweetness, and the berries just add a nice contrast. Been awhile since I've had truly fresh and ripe blueberries.

Never would have thought a place like this could exist in a casino/hotel, regardless I'm just happy I made the stop.

This fine dining restaurant went above and beyond my expectations.

Thanks to the 13 moons restaurant crew. The professional chef has great recipes qnd the kitchen team earn five stars. The front of the house is also amazing.

Steak taste so good, crust on point and center of the steak was juicy l. Flavor was very unique and top quality
Also I ordered Dungeness crabs mac and cheese. Creamy and savory.
Chocolate brownie with ice cream and fresh fruit, i love it. Chefs plating was very professional fine dining

Service was great, we managed to be seated without having a reservation, so that was appreciated. I ordered the special, surf and turf. The prime rib wasn't bad, nothing to write home about, but definitely not a disappointment either. The blackened salmon however, was less appealing. It was a very nice filet, unfortunately it was far too salty.
Overall, friendly and helpful staff, and wow, what a view! As far as the food goes, I won't likely stop in for dinner again. It was pricey considering how much of it went uneaten.
Might be a good place for drinks and appetizers!

We've had dinner here a couple times in the last month and the staff are super friendly and attentive. Great cocktails. Awesome wedge salad and my husband's steaks have been great. Salmon was good, but not awesome. Meals a bit expensive, but there are hardly any places that offer indoor dining right now! Plenty of space between dining tables and staff wears masks and regularly sanitizes. Thanks for being open!

Ok the best place for dinner in Anacortes. I love love love the scallops in white truffle butter, Dungeness mac n cheese and their steaks. Much better than Anthony's.

Came here for dinner last night around 5-5:30. Had a wonderful experience. Be sure to make a reservation. We didn't but they still were able to seat us in the bar. Just as great of an experience. But a reservation gets you a beautiful view of the mountains.
Our server was nice, I missed his name. Provided amazing service and was quick to do everything and very nice to chat with. The food, omg!!! All the way from the presentation, taste, portions and cost. All of it was perfect. I had the seafood fettuccine. My husband had the surf in turf, halibut and prime rib. Our appetizer was, fresh bread (complimentary) green salads and grilled jumbo shrimp. Was to die for.
The restaurant was beautiful. Very nicely decorated. Love the 13 moons along the staircase coming up. Really cool. There was nice flower arrangements all over, lighting was amazing, tvs in the bar... and the thing I noticed and loved... the kitchen was almost open air, meaning you could see the Cooks preparing the food, but the Cooks weren't loud. They cooked and prepared food and weren't loud about it. A lot of kitchens are loud. Nice touch, loved my experience here. Can't wait to come back.

First time, enjoyed every minute. From making reservations to paying our bill. Food was superb and service a definite 5 star. My husband and I look forward to our next date there
