On my way up from alabama, my tire came loose for some reason. I was 20 miles from the dealer, so to be safe I stopped in and asked them to check it out. They quickly found the problem, charged me a very fair price, and got me back on the road in about an hour. I'm very appreciative for this place and all their honest help.

We just purchased a 2017 Audi Q7 a couple of weeks ago. We worked with Donnie Jones! He was more than wonderful. At first, we were only browsing, and not particularly ready to buy a new vehicle. After test driving the luxurious Q7, I knew it was a top choice in the car search. However, we were just beginning our search. Donnie was patient, answered all of our questions, found many options for us, and listened well to our desires for our next car. We stayed in touch for a couple more weeks. Donnie was extremely knowledgeable about Audi and even the other cars I had reviewed. When we were ready to make our purchase, Donnie introduced us to Neil, who explained all of our buying options. We learned about the leasing program, possible loans, and the cost of paying outright. Donnie even came in on his day off to accommodate our schedule. Since I had never driven an Audi before, he spent ample time explaining the instruments and computer system so I was completely comfortable to drive my new car! Working with Donnie at Audi Indianapolis was a rather enjoyable experience! I love my new car! It is such a luxurious and wonderful ride!

Needed a headlight housing replaced. They were polite, timely and professional. They gave me a loner free of charge, inside of the windshield was surprisingly dirty but otherwise very clean nice car. 3 stars because they aimed my new headlight so low I could see all of 30ft on the drivers side, it was a nice surprise with a 70 mile drive that night...

Good customer service. Disappointed that a tire rotation is not included in the major mileage maintenance. I don t know if it Audi or Tom Wood but I always feel like I am being nickel and dimed when I go in.

I purchased a new Audi Q5, September 2017. This was the best auto purchase experience I have encountered. I did not have to endure the "I'll take your offer to the boss" harassing routine, or ping pong price game. The Sales Rep, Donnie, and I set a goal at the beginning of the negotiation and we stuck to my expectations. He spent quality time with me, used my preferred method of text messaging to send me information, and the sale went much better than I expected. I appreciated the great people skills Donnie demonstrated. I was not pressured into extra purchases, rather presented with detailed options. I visited reception, sales, finance, and service. Everyone was pleasant, interested, and helpful. The facility is gorgeous and inviting.

A fabulous experience with a car to match!!! Thanks to all.

I just recently purchased my 3rd Audi all road. I love the vehicle for various and personal reasons. However, one is because the way Josh Sides and the rest of the gang at Tom Wood Audi treat me. There's no reason for me to be so loyal to such a big company but I feel I need to be loyal in some way to Josh because of how special they have made me feel over the years. Thanks and I love my new Allroad.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Audi Indianapolis. When needed, I actually look forward to taking my Q7 into be serviced. From the moment you pull into the service entrance, you are immediately treated with prompt and courteous attention. The waiting area is clean, comfortable, and I would even say luxurious! I've had the pleasure of working with Chris W. and Darrick T., and both gentlemen are incredibly polite and attentive to their customers. Audi Indianapolis is the gold standard in our book!

The service in the recall was quick and punctual. My car was not washed like it usually is. One of my tires was low and the indicator late came on on my drive home. We had to replace the tire. I m not sure if that is something that is checked during service

As always, my experience with Bryce in the service department was outstanding. I love this dealership. This is the second Q5 I've leased as well as having my 2004 A4 (which I owned) serviced there for four years. One of the key reasons I've leased both of my Q5 vehicles from this dealership is because of the consistently exceptional service I have received from Tom Wood Audi!

Everyone here is simply top notch. Andrew s team of Chris, Darrick, Trey, Mike et all always make sure I m blown away by the communication, courtesy and professionalism each appointment. The fact I am on a first name basis with this many service advisors and not because my car has a lot of issues should speak volumes. I d give 6 stars if I could.

Friendly staff, plenty of great work space to remain productive if you have to spend an hour or more waiting. Additionally, being able to see into the shop is pretty neat. Might consider adding a kids area upstairs that includes TV or game system.

We purchased our first vehicle with Tom Wood Audi in November 2014. Our salesman, Donnie Jones, and finance contact, Neil Brenner, were both fantastic. They were both so fantastic that we bought another vehicle in June 2015. They both provided an unmatched level of customer service and we did not feel pressured at any point during either of our transactions. It is for this reason, and many others, that we will return to Tom Wood Audi for future purchases. Thank you for the great service and keep up the great work!

Great job Indy Audi...just moved to the area from out of state and it was just like back home. Mike Solis was the service rep and was outstanding. Showed up early and they banged out the service. See ya the next service time.

They have no clue how to handle an insurance claim...

They have no clue how to handle an insurance claim if it's all mechanical (no bodyworkneeded). Parts ordering and follow-thru are especially poor if your part is coming from Germany. Feedback and real tracking of parts is unavailable plus they will lead you on with false date of delivery.

In my experience a dangerous electrical short and control module failure existed. I was not advised to discontinue driving in this condition(while waiting on parts to arrive) and vehicle was lost in a total loss electrical fire.

2 stars only because facility was first class, amenities are nice and the people know how to handle you like 4-5 star hotel guest.

They seem to be extra busy these days & harder to get an appointment. The guys working checkin/service are still great, but tends to be a little more waiting around than in the past.
Andrew always goes above & beyond to look for ways to help out & we will be back because of that!

Worst car buying experience I have ever had. A sales person who would rather debate and contest during the sale, while still eager to make one, but then shifted to rudeness and completely ignoring my calls and my presence in the dealership "after the sale" was done and there were issues.

A candid admissions that customers were an annoyance and nuisance that had to be tolerated, and no one accepting a request to take ownership for any of the issues experienced after the sale was astounding. I had to persistently call to get things wrapped up. I've never experienced this before.

When I shared this experience with some of my friends and co-workers, including some who recently acquired new vehicles from the same dealership, they simply responded "that's just Tom Wood, they're all like that" and they shared similar bad experiences. As a buyer who's experienced exceptional dealer treatment before, I was astonished at how bad this was. Never had dealt with a Tom Wood dealership before, and I don't plan on making that mistake again.

it was a tremendous experience and mainly due to the salesman Bruce Peterson he is very personable and his customer service was the way it should always be when purchasing or attempting to purchase a vehicle he knew everything about the car from who owned to the actual mechanical report performed by the dealership on this particular car bruce feels fortunate to have been the one to pick the phone up when I called but I am actually the lucky one the fact that I was able to get him to be my salesman

Brought my A6 in for an air bag recall. Received very poor service. Was told it would only take one day to complete. After not hearing form them all day I called and they gave be a very brief response "its just not done yet". Then they quickly ended the conversation. The car was brought in with an airbag and check engine light on. I thought they were to do with the recall being performed. The car was picked up with the same two light still on. The invoice they gave me stated there was a multi point inspection done on the car and the findings were provided to the customer. This was not done. I did not heard anything from the dealership, only that my car was read to be pick up. Very poor customer service. Definitely will not be giving them any more business.

I'd been on a hunt to build a specific car, on a budget. I knew what I wanted it to look like and my better half was even pickierspecific . I have filet mignon taste on a hotdogs budget. We had been to indianapolis 2 times, lexington once and all over louisville and the internet. Our 2nd trip to indy. Brought us to the audi dealer and a gentleman by the name of Josh did everything he could to get us the deal done on the Infiniti fx35. The dealership was very helpful, friendly, and although I didnt leave with it, they promised to fix a small scratch along the side if we would go home and think on it. We went through more of the same trying to locate another one like it but never could. After 2 weeks we decided to see if they had fixed the scratch and they were honest about it. They did get 80 percent buffed off so we immediately drove again, 3rd time now, and came home with the price that was more than awesome and my new car. I'm a happy customer. Thanks Josh! Your awesome!

I recently moved to Indy and bought a 2016 Audi Q5 at this location.
I had a wonderful experience.
My Sales Person at Audi was Josh Sides, who guided me through every single step in detail and made sure that nothing has been left out or has not been mentioned. Josh provided high professional service and indeed takes care of his clients. I highly recommend Audi Indianapolis and I am happy to see that there are people who knows what "customer service" means and stands for.
Looking forward to deal with the Audi Team in Indianapolis!

Continued poor customer service. Asked agent about squealing brakes and was told nothing can be done about it. No explanation on why. I had asked for the car to be washed and it wasn't. I had to wait 10 minutes for the car to be pulled up after wrapping up paperwork and payment. Only good thing was a timely Uber pickup from home to take me to the dealer.

Almost perfect. Check in was easy and service was quick. I love that my car was washed. My only annoyance was that they forgot to reset the inspection light. It is not something that a car owner can do for him or herself, so I am stuck with the little wrench light on. It is bugging me.

The purchase of are used vehicle went well with no problems. I was very disappointed to find out there was an oil leak at the transmission cooler, I believe this should have been found in there so called multi point inspection thay said thay do. Now I find out it has break problems. Not a very happy customer. Almost a $1000 to fix the oil leak. I will take it else where to get the breaks fixed
Would not recommend this place.

Everyone was great in every step of the process! They had the exact car I had built online and I feel I paid a fair price for it.
