Booked for a test drive; confirm a car in stock; NO such car when you arrive until weeks later, he claimed, zero trust worthiness.

Deny you to test drive the other engine of that model, he just want to sell you the top model.

ZERO knowledge about cars, he will read you the specifications word to word from Audi website which everyone can download a copy, why bother to visit a dealership then.

Anyways, Audi is still a great brand but Doncaster brach is a disaster.
