I do love how the workers are operate however I don't like how the workers are been treated by head of security...
How is it that you can take a human out of they home put them on a location and anytime your upset with actions made and given by the scheduled your team gave them with immediate effect they are sent home... These workers are human beings and if given an instruction these people will follow based on their contract why sack them, why make complaints in a corner so that they cannot be aware of what your saying to the HR departments
At one point i would reccommend a person to join but now i don't think so.
They fail to communicate with guards at time and they pay you one week or a week and a half late, its very irritating.
whether armed or unarmed ATLAS delivers as apart of them I can say.(2019)ATLAS INCORPORATED as it is now is a great security company tho am just going lil over a year with the organizing and far to go with them. I like the respect I get from people in the streets as an ATLAS guard. Pays good from you put in the work and we have the best looking uniform island wide.
I love what I do and I enjoy doing it and it pays the bills
