Been here many times with my family. My wife/family loves this place and Loves the Food and Tea. Service is good overall. Some of the best in-house made and mixed teas I have ever had.
Loved the tea and scone. Service was incredibly slow but worth the wait!
Great place and we had a wonderful tea . Our waitress was funny and very helpful in choices of tea. We definitely are going back.
Great food, friendly staff, gluten free options. Be prepared to spend a while it's a slow meal
Had my daughter's birthday party here the staff were polite and attentive.
I went here with my wife. I think she enjoyed it, they have gluten free options for tea snacks.
it's a cute little place to have tea time. The only thing is the waitress did not fit the part of the Tea House.
Love coming here for a peaceful afternoon, brought my mom here for her birthday because we love this tea room so much. You can pick your own unique cup, each room is designed differently and uniquely hand painted, the tables and chairs are always adorable and the entire atmosphere is quaint. Lovely things to purchase including a lot of handmade things and of course amazing food for adults and children. Also great for small parties and even baby showers! My 3 year old son had a lovely time, of course children are always welcome as long as they can be kept under control.
Had a birthday celebration here. Amazing tea selection. The trays of food were overwhelming- way more than we could eat. The only complaint was the lack of vegetarian sandwich/savory goodies.
Made a week reservation. They sat us by the door which is only for walk-ins without a reservation. Very annoying to sit right next to the door bell and listen to it ring every time the door opens and shut. Customer service is horrible.
Amazing tea, selection of treats and the staff was great. It had a cute shop of homemade salves, candles, teapots and all kinds of things. The tea was so delicious and the scones were piping hot with all the fixings. Forever coming here now!
So fun. A great place to pamper yourself and linger over a cup of tea.
This is one of the best kept secrets in Marysville. It is elegant and charming. The atmosphere is sure to relax you.
You will find friendly staff and fancy decor. You get to choose your tea cup. There is a great selection of yeas that are both delicious and full of aroma.
Don't Miss it.
This place is as cute on the inside as it's always been... Lots of pretty decor and all different types of neat jewelry, personal care, clothing and tea items for sale. However, it has new owners, and today was the first time I had been there since they took over and the food was NOT as good as it used to be. Very average tasting, almost kind of on par with Denny's food. Bland salad with what tasted like bottled Kraft dressing (blech), weird cakey scones and lemon curd that also tasted like it came from a jar. Sandwiches very ok. Kind of a disappointment.
Amazing! Great food!! Awesome service!! Family owned.
It's a nice place to take your girl and score bonus points.
This was my first time here, and even though I live 45 minutes south I'll definitely be back. The individual tea rooms are small with only a few tables, so definitely make a reservation just in case. The decor is cute and cozy, and chairs are unexpectedly comfortable. Staff is very friendly. I wasn't expecting such a small place to have great food or tea, but they really do. Everything was delicious! I have to disagree with the reviews saying this place is overpriced - I got the Grand Lady ($30), which included a pot of tea (same as the $4 pot, I believe), a HUGE scone, and assorted savories (4), tea sandwiches (6), and desserts (4). This is a ton of food and tea, more than enough for two people, possibly three if you're light eaters. I'm not, and I still took home half my scone and two thirds of my tea tray. $10-15 per meal is not bad at all. A couple criticisms: I felt like there were too many tea leaves in my pot - it started to get quite bitter past 30 minutes. With a friend, I'm sure the pot would be finished before then, but if alone, I'd ask them to steep only half a pot at a time. Also, the takeaway containers are unfortunately made of styrofoam. Overall I had a fun and relaxing time, and the tea and food were great. I'll be recommending this place to all my tea-loving friends.
The tea is amazing, however their staff could be better. There is one server that really dislikes when you bring your children. Which I do 99%of the time I've been as I am a mother and don't use a babysitter every time I want to go. A newer staff refused to hear me out when I said my bill was incorrect after getting a single pot of tea to share with my sister in law and was told that is a "large pot" meant for sharing, even though every time I've been in the "large pot" is what I have received on my own. We have decided we will not be back. There was a time we were in nearly EVERY week.
Love this cute little tea shop! Great for a girls day out, family time or even a date! The food is delicious and the tea is amazing! I wasn't a tea person until I came here.
Took my darling 5 year old grand daughter to her first real tea party. So much fun! She loved it! Great service and terrific food.
There were 8 of us for my 80th birthday. I thought it would be a fun place to celebrate. We all arrived on time. When I entered no one greeted us, we looked around and found our room. I had read that there were cups in entry to pick up. No one mentioned it. Some one eventually came in and took our order. After ordering we sat and talked when everyone was wondering why they weren't bringing our tea or water. I went out and said people are getting antsy. Can you serve them tea so something. I was told it was being prepared. When they did bring tea lunch in and tea everyone was given a pot of tea they ordered except for 2 women who ordered the same tea do they had to share a pot. Over the phone I had asked if they had dessert. They said yes cupcakes. After lunch they brought in the cupcakes? They were one bite cupcakes. The lunch was tasty and the tea very good. I was disappointed there was nothing for my birthday like a candle or something. I think either the staff had never worked there or at a restaurant or they dont care. For a celebration I would go somewhere else.
We have been here many times but this last one was very disappointing. We always order a half a sandwich and it is plenty to eat. This time there was hardly anything in the sandwich. Dessert plate came with 6 very small items.
Love the place! Great for a quaint get together. Food and tea are yummy. Customer service is good.
Such a cute place! We did The Grand Lady high tea and it was amazing. You get so much food and it was all delicious. The tea selection is huge too. I'll definitely be back!
This is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy beautiful atmosphere and excellent food. Wide variety of teas, friendly service. It's a bit cramped so if you have special space requirements be sure to call in advance and let them know.
Great food, gluten free options and amazing flavour. I really enjoy this place.
This is one of the coolest places!
The food is amazing, atmosphere is pure magic and service second to none.
Depending on how extravagant you want to be $10-$25 for lunch, tea and sweets) but Very very we'll worth it.
You also get to take the extras home and they are very nice with tea the following day!
Attic Secrets encourages dress-up, tiaras, sparkly jewels and sparkly personalities all in a completely unpretentious way!!
Lovely place for afternoon tea with a whimsical atmosphere and lovely service.
