Converted our attic into a master bedroom and en-suite. Every tradesman who has visited since has commented on the attic - as the best they have ever seen. Properly insulated and plumbing connected to mains. It s lovely and warm and has good water pressure. We went for very large quarto windows - the light is amazing. In terms of design, Tim worked with us to ensure our needs were met and came up with some innovative ideas with us including to build wardrobe space into the eaves. There were a few issues that arose along the way as might be expected, however we were happy with Tim s level of responsiveness and he did ensure all issues were rectified in the final review and snag. Tim also did some additional work that got me out of a bind when another tradesman let me down. This company specializes in attics so I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them for attic conversions. Ensure you check in along the way to confirm alignment with your plans.

Tim converted an unused space into a stunning, good size, multipurpose , relaxing room with many unique features that strikes with beauty, good materials and high standard of finish and maximises potential of the house. The space works perfectly either as a master bedroom , living space , work space or kid s room. For example windows suited to the house giving a bright east/west sunlight, generous size en-suite, unique feature that builds on house s original construction, walk in wardrobe, practical staircase.
