We worked with these guys to help 'manage' our infrastructure and man are they bad. First off they need a ticket to do anything. Then if you file a ticket it may or may not get done. If you ask for a status they may not be up for doing it. And I'm not talking about something like please build a server for me and have it ready by end of day. More like: "Can you please press this button here for me in exact directions since you have made some bureaucratic policy up that I cannot get to my own code to alter." It's like if you watched Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy and the Vogon made a company up to follow schemes that only made sense to them and served no practical purpose ever. We've had code releases where they were told ahead of time it's coming. Day of it's coming. Hour before it's coming. Then time to switch, hit a button, oops rocket science, forty minute delay. Changed our code base to show date times in UI so we could ensure they really swapped things when they did not. I have heard countless stories and seen texts happening on release nights where things got stopped for hours because they could not swap a slot (hitting a button on their end).

I was a customer of Pacifier with 9 companies starting in 2003 then Infinity, Easy street and now this company (they wont let me post this with their name in it) At m o sera. Starting with Infinity service became bad, now with this company it is unacceptable. This is the worst company I have ever been associated with. I would leave if I could, but our emails are down, our web site is down, I have called, left messages, emails to support, tried calling accounting, sales, every phone number I can find and still no reply in two days and counting. I have contacted Network Solutions to transfer all our accounts, but can't get anyone to reply at this company to release and transfer the emails and web sites. I may have to drive to their office in Beaverton, OR. to see if their doors are still open. If not, then what?

Their service since the acquisition from Infinity to Easystreet is beyond negative expression. They say they will get back within 4 hours of a call, three days later and five calls to them I still am waiting. My email service is out. They do not provide access to a human, I have tried the five phone numbers I found and tried to connect with the sales. A call to the sales department required leaving a voice message. This company is a joke, their management has no business destroying a company that once provide service for a reasonable price.

This company will over-promise, under deliver, and give you every excuse in the book while they keep billing you hours. The solution they built for me was unusable and throughout the entire process they mismanaged requirements gathering, project scoping, and pushed out deliverable's multiple times. They also lack the in house talent for more nuanced solutions.

Atmosera does not deserve even one star. I've been on hold for more than 30 minutes trying to speak with tech support but all I get is dead air. Initial message suggested I email my concerns but that's exactly why I'm calling, I cannot email anything. What a joke. Will seek alternative carrier and finally rid myself of such treatment.

Easystreet use to be great. I was a customer there for 7 years. Things started slipping and finally they tried to and succeeded in stealing one of my clients. Unethical company and possibly criminal. Avoid!

No E mail for 2 days, ZERO response back from EASY STREET, nothing but a message machine after stupid recordings saying how important we are to them. This is twice now, there won't be a third. V
