Kagami makes high-end "Edo Kiriko" (cut-glass/crystal stuff that dates back to the Edo period). It's gorgeous stuff to look at, and quite expensive too. It is, however, remarkably functional (if you can get past the horror of accidentally chipping one of these!) - the sake glasses have heft, the whiskey tumblers feel *solid*, and, hey, it *is* cool to drink out of stuff that looks good :-)

Excellent high end glassware. This store has a great selection. This product is carried at high end department stores like Mitsukoshi or Isetan; this store has a significantly better selection. It is reasonably expensive but amazing quality and is beautiful even standing alone.

I was fascinated by Edo Kiriko's delicate carvings and beautiful sparkles when I got on the Skytree elevator ... I was fascinated by the great carving technique in a colorful round marble. . A few months have passed ... Saturday, January 30th, I saw Yama-Pie shopping at Kagami Crystal at a branch of TV Daisama's ... N Wow, I came up with a nice idea. Excuse me for coming to the store just before closing (m___m) However, the capacity of the staff was also very kind ( ) Edo Kiriko and crystal glass taught me various origins. I'm wondering which one to buy ... Yama-Pie chooses the work of traditional craftsman Akio Kimura ... And I ordered the same glasses (for myself and my father) this time. I got some Kiriko Glass as a gift and I have it at home ... (I have a blue and a red ...) I'm also interested in colors like black, purple, brown and green ... Springs I actually lost my way to purple and black by touching my hand, but I made it black by Akio Kimura. Looking into the bottom ... a kaleidoscope or chrysanthemum ... a beautiful carving technique! 360 degrees ( ) Fascinated by beautiful carvings and sparkles from any angle! Kiriko craftsmanship, soul praised ( ) is. I can't wait to arrive! Wrapping +200 yen is perfect for gifts with Japanese paper! Thank you for free shipping over 30,000 yen. Since it was the last time I came, the closing time has passed, but I received a kind and polite hospitality Thank you m (_ _) m Please come and see everyone!

A huge choice in edo-kiriko crystal cut glasses. This is the main store for the "kagami crystal" brand, therfore the choice. Prices are the same everywhere in Tokyo for the same models. Here you can see the entire collection. Many colors, designs, sizes. Some more traditional, some more modern with round shapes and curves. You can touch and hold almost all the pieces exposed there, and realize how sparky they are from all points of view, especially when looked from the top (inside).
