From check in to checkout 1hr52min. 2trucks ahead of me with two docks. Not terrible not great..... Loaders seem to have an attitude for no reason

Easy to reach there from I-480, take exit to OH-91, then right to Enterprise and left to Bavaria. Driveway to the left. I was 2 hours before my appointment and was loaded then and there. They have two docks for vans and lots of space for maneuvering. Respect!

What a nightmare this place is. If you want new damaged product, this is place for you. The shipping guy is a complete ding dong and when I asked how they handle damage, he says We don t charge for bends. Have your customer talk to their salesperson and proceeds to throw the paperwork in my window and walk away.

takes too long - 5hrs spent there - like we have drivers robots who can wait and drive whenever. This business doesnt work like this. Very unprofessional. They loaded all the way in the front, driver was 41 on the drive-be careful with how they load you - they are very incompetent

Bad place for driver stay away take to load 8 to 12 hour be careful

The dock workers have a bad attitude, and need to check themselves, when is it ever appropriate to talk nasty to anyone, it does not matter if its a customer, truck driver or co worker.
