Top notch collections firm. They handle everything and make our lives easier.

This company can not be trusted. They put an account on my credit that didn't belong to me, and were extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive when it was brought to their attention. No one apologized and I was told I was being too demanding in wanting them to fix their mistake immediately.

Extremely rude. When you call and try to work things out they are totally rude, don't explain the account very well, and just push to make you pay all at once. Also told them I work 3rd shift and to contact me only through the mail yet they still try to call multipul times a day.

Rude people calling all day even after told to stop calling and only contact in writing. Jill and Evelyn both need a refresher in how to deal with people you are trying to collect from. This is just as important as how you treat the people your trying to collect for. Not going to deal with you or give you the time if your rude and brash.

Atlas is a great resource for us and for our clients. I know when we refer Atlas to one of our clients they will follow through, explain the process and handle every situation professionally.

Called about a bill I had honestly just forgot about, were very rude even though I paid them that day for the collection. Were even rude when asking me for a confirmation number.
