Have had my Tom Ford glasses for about a year now and the lenses went bad. Called these guys this morning and within a hour i had a email from them!
Darnell Carter was very knowledgeable and gave very precise instructions on how to return the glasses.

ONe of the nosepads on my Tom Ford sunglasses fell off. I was not able to find a replacement at optical shops near me and when I called Tom Ford they directed me to Marcolin. I left a voicemail at Marcolin's and my call was returned within an hour. The gentleman who called me was gracious and helpful and without fuss said he would mail me the replacement at no cost. True to his word, within a few days I received 2 pairs of nosepads. Wish I had his name to give him a shoutout: amazing, courteous, prompt service, I am very grateful. A class act.

Horrendous customer service. I mailed my Tom Ford sunglasses to them using UPS as requested. Customer service says I should have used UPS and that they have not received them. The UPS tracking# I have says it was delivered to their facility. ( I even provided her with my proof from the UPS website that it WAS delivered). Customer service is claiming no responsibility. DO NOT SEND YOUR GLASSES HERE.

I ve been contacting them for the pay month and no response. Horrible customer service. I just needed parts to replace on my 2 Tom Ford sunglasses that are identical and appears to be a manufactures defect because the rubber part by the nose fell off both of them. Tom Ford doesn t care either and I called them twice to tell them that Marcolin is putting a bad name on their brand. Paid $1,000 for 2 sunglasses and I can t even get a repair through their manufacturer. I ll never send in my glasses as I was reading other people s review and my own experience with their customer service.
