Where do we begin on how amazing this service was?!! They responded right away (within two hours of our call on Sunday afternoon) and sent Antonio, who diagnosed the problem. He was very professional, prompt, courteous, and kind and took time to explain what he was doing. We were so impressed! After deciding to replace all three of our HVAC systems (due to various issues with each), Steve, a Comfort Advisor , was sent out within another hour and he was, again, prompt, courteous and professional. He went through our options and was respectful of looking out for budgets and personal needs from the equipment we were purchasing. After choosing the units, two of our three new units were installed the next morning (Monday at 8am) by another amazing team of workers- Tim, Wyatt and Zack. The three of them worked tirelessly and were very conscientious, explaining how to work the new thermostats and cleaning up after the installation. It was more clean afterward than it was originally! We are thrilled with the discovery of Atlas Butler and amazed at their service. This team of workers, Antonio, Steve, Tim, Wyatt and Zack, made them proud. If we were choosing people to represent a company for us, they couldn t have done a better job. I really liked the that Atlas Butler sent me a text with a picture of my service tech prior to his arrival. This is a wonderful safety feature so that you know who it is that will be showing up at your door. I'm not sure I've ever had a technician do such a thorough job of cleaning the furnace blower motor and other components.
Very satisfied with the work that I had done. Had to get a new furnace since it was leaking carbon monoxide and I wasn't aware. They showed me the problem and were very thorough in explaining. Also all the technicians were knowledgeable and responsible, could tell they enjoy their jobs.The service advisor made sure I got my new furnace the next day. I would recommend this company 100%

Shawn was a great tech. He came out on time. Very professional and help with my problem. I ended up needing a new furnace. They were able to come out that next day and install my furnace. Very pleased with how they cleaned up and was able to provide great service.

We had 2 guys out here, 1 in the house installing new furnace, a/c, vents, brand new system and another guy outside doing the a/c unit and lines, then he came in and did thermostat and carbon monoxide detector. Both of these gentlemen were super professional, very nice, excellent work on both ends. Kept my home in clean condition protecting my floors as well. Appointment time was for 8, they were here at least 20 minutes early and were out of here before 1pm. My husband and I chatted with them both the entire time. I couldn't be happier with the technicians they sent out. Would definitely recommend this company. Also, Brian the guy that set up the installation was incredible. He really worked with us to get what we needed and get us taken care of quickly. Great experience with this company from start to finish.

Fantastic experience. Sadly they did not take bartering as a form of payment. I had three Jamnapari domesticated male goats. The valuation for these animals was around the same as the total cost of service. I am just beyond disappointed. Back in the day people were running head over shoulders for these goats.
We had Atlas clean out the ducts and vents in our home. I really liked that they sent someone out to give us a free estimate of the cost. The technician was professional and kind and the estimate didn t take more than 15 minutes and they were then able to get our appointment for the work to be done a few days later. The technician who completed the duct cleaning was also very professional and friendly. The process took about 3 hours and they included before and after pictures of the vents with our invoice. We had an overall great experience and the pricing was very reasonable. I will continue to use them in the future.

Atlas Butler did a great job taking care of my plumbing problem. Mr. Hester and his coworker were on time and professional. They fixed the problem and cleaned up the mess. Mr. Hester also saved me about $150. Highly recommended them.
