I bought an Audi A4 and now I found out that the Audi A4 was burning engine oil a lot. I drive about 10 miles a day, but after 2 weeks the engine oil light get said I need add a quart of oil. I called this Audi dealer to see if my Audi A4 still under warranty. The lady who answered my phone seems does not want me to make an appointment to check my car's burning oil problem. She just declared that I have to pay $150 to the diagnose fee. She didn't even check to see if my car is still under warranty. I was so disappointed for this expensive car burning oil so much. And for my next car, I will not consider Audi any more.

This dealership does an amazing job. Everyone we came in contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. They were super busy the two days we were there, but that didn't stop them from delivering a fantastic experience.

This is, bar none, the best dealership experience I've ever had. Very kind and helpfully staff, and my sales rep, Errol Wade, was great to work with. He helped me get to the perfect deal and made the typical hassles of buying a car seem very smooth and easy-going. Very good impressions were made and I will be recommending this dealership to people who want a very professional experience.

Let me start by saying that I flew from Central Oregon to Denver to buy my brand car from them.

The salesman, Ryan Western, the main reason next to the car itself, for my drive down. Allow me to explain. Ryan called me immediately and the communication and assistance from there was amazing.

Ryan came in on his day off to make sure I could get my car sale completed as there was a winter front coming and I could beat it home safely, if I left right after signing the paperwork. Luckily Ryan made that all happen. Its unfortunate for everyone reading this as it sounds like he has moved on in his career for some strange reason. Must have been a good reason, I know he just bought a house.

He helped me with transportation ideas, hotel recommendations. Even showed up to the hotel instead of allowing me getting transportation, dressed to the nines for a salesman, on his days off. He had to drive across Denver to get there. Even took me to his favorite breakfast place, Toast. Guy was amazing, made the whole experience one I will never forget!!

And after all that, Steve, the General Manager, has called to make sure I was happy with everything.

I highly recommend Audi Denver. Every department is there for you.

Very disappointed is the overall feeling with the ...

Very disappointed is the overall feeling with the Service Department. We brought our car into the Service Department to have several recall items addressed. We brought the car to the Dealership on a Friday morning and were informed that the car would be available later that day. The Service Advisor called me later to say that one of the recall items was going to require that the dash will need to be removed and put back in place. Therefore, the car would require much more time (another 24-48 hours). We were totally fine with that since we had a loaner vehicle. We picked up the car late Saturday afternoon and all seemed well.
However, after driving the car we noticed a rattle in the dash. I contacted the Service Advisor regarding this situation and scheduled a follow-up appointment to have the rattle addressed. We drove to the Service Department at our appointed time. The Service Advisor informed us that the recall item did not require the dash to be removed and put back in place. I challenged him on the fact that he communicated to us that the dash needed to be removed and put back in place and that would require an additional 24 - 48 hours. He said that he was wrong and the Service Department Manager said that the dash was not touched. So we were turned away - after taking off work in the morning to come to the dealer - and driving in rush hour traffic for 1 hour.

Why was I not told this prior to my trip?
Why was I told the dash was removed and the car was needed another 24-48 hours?

This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

No follow-up from the dealership was made so I am writing this review.
All we know is that that dash now rattles. I consider an Audi to be a superior vehicle and high quality. Even more shockingly, I was informed by the Service Advisor that I should see about using tape or felt to mitigate the rattle issue.
I am somewhat stunned at this situation and do not recommend taking your car for Service at this dealership. Also, it makes me wonder how they value a customer when purchasing a vehicle....

My experience with the dealership has been excellent!!! I was deployed and they made the purchase possible. I want to give special recognition to the Finance Manager Scott Shevlin. Scott has worked with me through the challenging process of getting all the paperwork processed from start to finish with my vehicle the whole time I was deployed. He responded quickly to all my texts and emails. Most finance managers will not go through great lengths to assist with the basics or anything outside of the normal range of service. Scott went over and beyond to provide excellent service!!! I would definitely work with him again on a new vehicle purchase!

Amazing dealership! Over the top wonderful and friendly service and I couldn t have been happier with my experience. My sales guy Osama was super nice and and professional and helped me get into my dream car! You can t go wrong working with these guys. The whole buying process was very smooth and they made me feel like family from the moment I walked in the door.
