I really liked the that Atlas Butler sent me a text with a picture of my service tech prior to his arrival. This is a wonderful safety feature so that you know who it is that will be showing up at your door. I'm not sure I've ever had a technician do such a thorough job of cleaning the furnace blower motor and other components.
