It's once in a life time experience... It's just like a heaven... Things are little costly according to Indian currency... But worth spending it.

Its a great water park and its even the biggest in the whole world. Although it is so big, there are very much people and is very crouded. Further the water shoes you can buy in the front of the park are of very low quality and will break at the end of the day, these shoes are usefull because the ground can be very warm. Overall with all the good slides it is worth it!

Most miracle place in Dubai to stay. If you are never here then you are not in Dubai

The water park is a great experience. We especially enjoyed the lazy river, however, wait times for most other rides were a bit too much if you don't buy the fast pass, which is same cost as the actual entry pass itself.

Super clean and neat room, nice facilities in the hotel, nice views from the room balcony. We ordered breakfast at the room, it was delicious and they provided variety of options and unlike other hotels they brought it hot and fresh. The hotel is open to different shops and to the aquarium, they gave us a free access to the aquarium. We ve really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent water park that features a variety of rides. It is better to visit the park from 11am and spend the half of your day in this enjoyable place. Transportation is available ( taxi, limousine, and train). If you want to save some money on the tickets, try to purchase them from kiosks that are in JBR and Dubai mall. You can save up to 45 Dirhams on each ticket. Enjoy your time.

They have just created the hype, nothing special. Tried the buffet, food was very normal and rates are sky high. Worth trying only once.

ATLANTIS ...stay,play,eat,party and shop all under one roof

Fantastic hotel. Great resturants. Nice airy well appointed rooms. Staff service is fantastic everywhere . Everything is pricey though so long as you expect that you will enjoy yourself . Buffet breakfast at saffron is one of best I have experienced. Breakfast at Ayamna is also fantastic . Great choice of international and Lebanese quisine. The water park and aquarium is included in the room charges . The family loved the water park. The lazy river is so much fun . You never have to get off the tubes to experience rapids, torrent waves and water slide rides.

Perhaps the best water park!. Rides were excellent and had a great time. My 8 year old was super excited and happy. Dinner buffet and morning breakfast, which was included in the package, was one of the best too. The spread was incredible. We also visited lost chambers - timings are suitable to visit in the late evenings after having spent time at the water park. Even more convenient if you are staying at Atlantis. Since we stayed there, we also were able to spend time at the private beach and swimming pool. Swimming pool is fantastic. In general you will have great time here. The reason I for taking away 1 star is the service. While check-in, check-out was painless, we had to wait for our luggage for almost 2 hours. Even after multiple follow-ups, they were not able to deliver it in 10 mins as they kept promising every time. Eventually I had to go down with my son and when we saw our luggage lying down at the entrance where we had handed over to bell boys, we just took it back ourselves to our room. I am hoping this is just a blip in otherwise a great experience.

Recommend taking the Imperial package, as it includes a lot more food and drinks for a reduced rate, as food and drinks here are expensive, a coke is 99AED, ice cream is 55AED, etc. Besides the pricing, this place is incredible!

Not only the best hotel, but the cleanliness is beyond belief, you can easily eat off of the floor. There is not a toilet in this giant hotel that is not less than immaculate condition, day or night! The staff (guards, life guards, waiters and so on) are by a mile the most polite staff I have seen in my life, i was amazed. The only downside is that prepare yourself to spend at least another 4K within a week, if you want to see attractions. Very expensive, but worth every penny! An amazing experience.

Our family stayed at Atlantis The Palm for 6 nights during our first family trip to Dubai. Our reservation was prepaid so checkin was a breeze even though our room was not yet ready due to a 9am arrival. Our room was ready around the 3pm check in time. We opted for the Imperial Club Queen room which was a good size with comfortable beds. A freestanding tub was included on the room. We were able to luck up and get one of the newly renovated rooms with a large balcony overlooking the activity pool and White Beach. Our room faced the Palm but we still had beautiful ocean views from our patio.

There are so many activities to do at Atlantis. Our children enjoyed Wavehouse which included an arcade, virtual reality and bowling. Wavehouse also has a nice bar, restaurant and live band for the adults to enjoy. The food and drinks there were pretty good. We enjoyed the morning buffet breakfast that was included with the Imperial club. We free breakfast was available at the Imperial Club Lounge, Saffron or Kailescope every morning. We were pretty early wakers due to jet lag so there was never a significant queue or line to get in for breakfast.

We thoroughly enjoyed the pools, beaches and the awesome water park which was included in the price of our stay.

Our favorite restaurant was Seafire Steakhouse & Bar. Excellent service and the food was amazing. I opted for the Surf & Turf with the Lobster Therimor style. The flavor and taste of everything was amazing. The food was hot with exquisite presentation.

After the children were tired out for the evening, my wife and I visited X Bar near the East Tower and fell in love with the place. Specifically we loved the drinks and excellent customer service provided by Leshan. He took time to craft us excellent drinks and did his absolute best to ensure that we were comfortable and happy. So much so that we visited every single night for the rest of our trip. Kudos to Leshan. Atlantis you have very special employee there. X Bar also had a large outdoor lounge with music playing. They also offer Hookahs for anyone interested.

Overall, we LOVED our visit to Atlantis The Palm and will absolutely visit again. The service provided by the entire staff, especially Leshan made our visit extra special. Great job Atlantis and we will return!!! Thank you for hosting our awesome Christmas vacation!!!!

Its Atlantis Dubai, what else could be said. The place us so beautiful and very festive atmosphere. You will like it just to be there. Lot of shops, reaturants and the famous aquarium. We dinned at the kaliedoscope and it was a non forgettable event and we enjoyed it very much. Going to atlantis was fun and we hope to return back there oneday

All I'm going to say is "IMPERIAL CLUB". You will not regret it. Or if your like me and forget about the 2000 Dirham deposit for my 3 night stay and had no further funds till the day before we left. Then like me you will be thankful of the decision you make.
Imperial club includes free all access to the waterpark, luxury room on the 13th floor, VIP book in, airport transfer, free breakfast, free drinks at happy hour, free kids club, free ice cream from Baskin Robbins, free brunch in the Imperial club lounge plus drinks, free access to the lost chambers.
I'm sure theres a few more in there but that's from what I remember.
This hotel was truly remarkable, it is a beacon on the palm island. They do try hard to look after this place and the effort is everywhere you turn. The service here is unlike anywhere I've experienced. At one point I actually thought they were reading our minds, of course hypothetically but not to discredit the point I'm trying to make.
It almost felt like we were royalty. Their I've said it.

It's has a hotel and water park and private beaches.
Outside this is the banks of Jumeirah palm where you can spend the evening and can have a sunset view.

Great place to stay but reception staff came across very lazy. The Atlantis building so incredibly iconic that this is a must for anyone visiting Dubai. Hotel guests get free access to the Aquarium and the water park which is a bonus! I d recommend staying here just for the experience and perhaps on special occasions!

Great hotel, very attentative staff, great food selection and superb facilities. The waterpark next to the hotel has lots of activities for every age group. We went at the end of April and it was not crowded which contributed to an overall great feeling from the hotel. There are places within the hotel that are more kids focused where you would see families, but also a lot of places catering to adults so everyone can find something suitable for them. Will definitely come back

The place is interesting, but the employees there do not seem very friendly or helpful, except in the restaurants. We went to the lounge and there were several desks with people but no one could help let us know about the restaurants. They instructed me to check on-line!

the water park is crazy! the lazy river is 1.6 miles long!! there is a big variety of food and drink and one of the best water slides ever! if you are going to dubai this place is a must-go!

After visiting Atlantis in the Bahamas, many years later I have visited Atlantis in Dubai, expecting the same level of service. I was entirely disappointed with the lack of willingness to help, even after mentioning to the help desk that we will leave a review about the poor service, they encouraged us to do so, maybe perhaps this will be a speck on the thousands of reviews. Nevertheless I feel as though a review is still necessary. So what are my concerns. First of all the rooms smell musty (we booked two king size rooms), the musty smell is due to the carpets! When calling to reserve a table, we were very limited to options of restaurant as they were either closed or only open on the weekend, limiting our choices. When at the restaurant we are told that drinks (soft drinks) are not included, though on the time of booking we were told differently, I guess after parting with 200usd per night per room it s fine not to worry then.

Don t get me wrong, the venue is excellent, but for Dubai standards the level of service is sub par to other places we have visited such as Zabeel Saray or the Address to name a few. They would go above and beyond to help the guests. Here that is not the case, I guess it does not need to be with a high footfall due to the waterpark and aquarium. I wish them well but will not recommend this venue to friends.

One of the best hotels you can experience on the palm is the Atlantis. They have world class staff who can assist you at your stay. I had been here for a party at the ballroom which was just amazing, lavish spread of food, amaizng interior, valley parking, luxury seating.

Its a 5 star hotel on the Palm, well connected with Dubai Tram to the main land. The views are breath taking and you can see the beautiful sea right in front of it. The Palm which is a man made island is beautiful and clean. Also there is Aquatic wonderland right next to it which is connected with the Atlantis hotel. You can dive into water and see the wonder of the nature.. Truly a amazing experience.

It's no fun if you don't stay there. Expensive also! However, service is good and so are the staff. Definitely worth a one time visit, after that is upto ones individual preference!

Filthy Expensive place to stay it's better to spend in activity rather accomodations.

Beautiful places and perfect tourist location. Though very expensive to go in but you can enjoy the beauty and location from outside with no restrictions.

The place is great. It has a vibe of Atlantis, the sunken city. It offers many activities to everyone but as it is dubai, it takes money for everything except for few like the waterpark, aquarium etc,...(it will be laid out what is complimentary when you book a room) Other than that, it has 2 attractions for different age groups, one is for kids and the other is for teens which keeps everyone entertained and who knows, you can make friends from around the world. The hotel is so perfectly set-up when you check-in that I don't think a room service call will be required. The only problem I faced while going there was the check-in time. It took almost 2-3 hours(we went as a group of 15-20 people) and maybe that's why it took so long. And also I went during the peak tourist visit time. The waterpark is great, it heats the waters during winters and also cools the water by a few degrees during summer. All the rooms are gorgeous with an unique style of planning and they promise to give you a breathtaking view in which ever room you stay and on whichever floor you stay. I stayed there only for 1 day but I made sure I did checked most of the checklist. The hotel is magical and makes you wanna stay there indefinitely.

Amazing hotel. Our room was spotless and spacious and had a perfect view of the Dubai skyline. The customer service was excellent. The check in was seamless, the front desk people were very professional yet friendly and accommodating. The room service guys were equally top class. I have never felt so taken care of. These people go beyond what is expected. The breakfast was lavish with an endless variety of food. I can go on and on. This is easily the best 5 star hotel that I've been to.

One of the best water park I visited. The lazy river was amazing and kids were able to have lot of fun too. Nice kids water park area as well as some cool and thrilling slides.
