Atlantis Inn LLC Review

AWFUL DO NOT STAY HERE! I am not one to complain about hotels, but this was just unbearable. First, we showed up to a DIRTY shower (which also never ever had hot water)! Hairs (which looked like dog hair) and stains all over the tub, I had to CLEAN IT MYSELF before I could even think about using it. Then, the floor was absolutely disgusting. Crumbs, mysterious dirt and stuff, and TOENAILS on the carpet! Also, our keys NEVER worked. To top it all off, the staff was rude and the worst incident included a staff member commenting on my choice of dress, saying I was "spilling out." I don't appreciate the staff staring at my chest or sexualizing underage girls. It was a horrible time. Oh and if you do decide to brave it at this dirty hotel, good luck getting any sleep on the equally filthy and uncomfortable beds. At least I had the bugs outside (that also managed to make their way into our room) to keep me company. This hotels effort is really to make your stay uncomfortable. I emailed them with my complaints on the last night I stayed (it was 3am and I couldn't sleep because of the listed above so email was my bet choice) and was woken up at 8 am to a phone call about it!! Thank you for taking away any possibility of sleep!

The service was good and the experience was well worth the cost.

Great for the price. The cleaning and hotel staff were extremely accommodating, allowing me to keep my car there for a few hours after check out so that we could spend more time at the beach before leaving. Just a block from the boardwalk, a great budget location for a beach trip.

Here were my problems:
Outlets weren't stable
Bathroom door didn't lock
Toilet, and overall bathroom too small.

Other than that the motel is great! Just change those...

Great affordable and convenient location with a nice pool. Steps to the beach and several great eateries. WiFi is a little spotty in some units

Simple amenities, but very clean, and nice staff who do their best to ensure your stay is a positive comfortable one. Plus, cant beat the location for the price - just a block from the Boardwalk.

All of the staff we met were super nice and very helpful. Motel was nice and clean. Pool was clean and well maintained. Good price considering the location. I would definitely recommend this motel.

I go there all the time during the summer the king suite room is amazing the beds are soft its clean and it is very nice. The staff here very helpful. The rooftop pool has Great views of Rehoboth Ave.

Nice place. The convenience of location is wonderful heard there's a Dunkin donuts about 50 paces away. You can either go up the boulevard or woman can have and there's everything at your fingertips.

The room was ground floor and not too far from the beach, good value for the price. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was blessedly good at keeping the heat and humidity out. The water pressure in the shower was fairly weak, but otherwise I would recommend this place.

This was my familys 2nd time staying here.We had a wonderful time and stay at the hotel, staff was amazing(Eric and Sarah) went over and beyond to make sure our family was comfortable our in tire stay. The location of the hotel is right in the middle of restaurants, shops and a short walk to the beach. The Hotel and rooms were very clean you would see the staff cleaning and wiping down doorknobs elevator buttons and other surfaces day-and-night Which really put my mind at ease especially with the pandemic going on. My family and I would definitely stay again.

The staff is friendly and we're enjoying easy access to Rehoboth Ave. and a short walk to the boardwalk. We're surrounded by great restaurants (get a breakfast sandwich at Dave & Skippy's along Wilmington Ave., trust us!) We haven't had any noise issues. The room and bathroom is a bit smaller than other places we've stayed in Rehoboth, but the beds are comfortable and it's ok for three night stay. Just a heads up, there's no coffee maker in the room. For a caffeine addict such as myself, that was disappointing. Overall, we're satisfied with our stay.

Cheap place to stay to vist ocean city. You get what you pay for. I enjoyed it especially the low price!

The room is laid out nicely. There are desks and tables available, night stands on each side of the bed, a good TV, good lighting, with a small fridge and microwave. A very small distance to the beach which is great. The bathroom is comfortable, and the room is VERY clean. A maid comes in to clean up when you leave and return. Now for the downsides. The bed is a bit hard, but it's ok sleep on, the couch is hard, the bathroom sink is a bit low for taller people, and there is parking at the Inn, but you have to find it. Overall, I will recommend this place to anyone looking forward to staying here for a weekend.

Location to beach is fantastic. Staff was very friendly and polite. Pool is on the premise, if beach isn't your thing. Rooms were good, clean and acceptable. Great place to stay, book in advance if possible.

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff and great location within walking distance to beach, restaurants and all the shops. Also they had private parking which was great! I would stay here again.

rooms gross . had to charge rooms will never go back 400. a night never again

We got a room on the 3rd floor right next to the pool and ice machine. We had a really big patio area, kitchenette, and 2 queen/full beds. It was a quick check in, everyone was very pleasant and the WiFi was really good actually too, which can be very important. All in all we had a great stay and we'll probably be back next year!

Great location 1 block from boardwalk. Amenities are minimal. Room is clean but not great. Matresses are soft and noisy. Microwave and mini fridge are present, but also noisy. Great soundproofing between rooms, but any noise from street, parking lot, and bar next door are basically un-muffled.

Shayla displays professionalism, knowledge and kindness( it's hard to find a manager that has all these qualities)

LOVE this place, have stayed every year since 2003 for greyhounds reach the beach.

Hotel location to beach was great... nice being in the center of the all the restaurants and stores and such. However the bathroom was small. Our sink wasn't draining properly... the room actually smelled as well every time we walked in. I give it 3 stars because of the location!

Stayed on the 3rd floor for a couple of nights. Room was a bit noisy as you can hear the bar down the street from the room as well as cars zooming down the street. Water pressure in the bathroom was pretty low which was annoying but not a deal breaker. Outdated appliances in our room but also not used so therefore not a deal breaker either.

Very good experience. Fun pool, towels given in the morning. Minor things like our bedside lamp didn't work. Comfy pillows but the beds were kind of stiff. Tv with good amount of channels. Lastly, it was very close to the beach, we could walk there quick and go to each one of the stores on the main road. Very good though.

Room smelled and had mold in the bathroom and around the front window. Staff was nice and hotel was clean otherwise. I just couldn't stand the smell which was probably from the mold.

Nice place to stay while visiting the beach. They have rooms to accommodate most family sizes.

Right on the main strip, Rehoboth Avenue and only a block or two from the beach. Very comfortable and clean with refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms, but no coffee makers. So if you're like me bring a small one. Some of the upgraded rooms do you have one, but not the standard. A pool is available as well as free Wi-Fi and one step off the curb and you are in the heart of Rehoboth Beach entertainment. Definitely enjoyed my stay with no negatives.

Maid never cleaned our room the whole time we were there she only made the beds, the blankets were terrible too, but it was a good price

My family and I had an amazing vacation staying at the Atlantis Inn this June. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, the room was just what we need, and who can argue with 1.5 blocks to the beach? Thanks so much for the great week.

Basic motel on the main Ave. Just a few blocks to the beach, lots of shopping and more restaurants than you could ever need. All in walking distance.

The location was great- the property was clean and the room was perfect. We had a family event and the Staff, Eric and Sarah went above and beyond to make it perfect! It s close to the beach & Boardwalk. We really couldn t have picked a better pace to be for the weekend!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were simple but clean and comfortable. We loved the pool on the third floor overlooking the main strip on rehobeth. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I've been staying here for years and. Love it. It's not fancy, but I don't need fancy. It's affordable, clean, and quiet. And only 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk. Very friendly staff

Nothing special here. Place to sleep and shower. We don't go here for the amenities. Wish they would include a continental breakfast.

Right by the beach, affordable, parking available right in front of room. I would recommend to anyone, and will stay here in the future, as we come down every year. ALSO, we requested an extended stay, early morning of check out, and had no issues doing so. (Huge relief as I felt ill that morning and wanted to stay in the room while family was enjoying last morning/afternoon at beach. I would have otherwise had not many other options so this was a HUGE relief! VERY kind and helpful staff.

Very friendly staff. Smiling faces everywhere you look makes this a lovely place to stay. Nicely located walking distance from the beach, lots of great shops nearby to browse and shop.
And there's coffee at the front desk in the morning!!!

Clean comfortable hotel close to the beach. What more could you ask for?

Been here multiple times and never had a bad experience; it's our "go to" hotel in Rehoboth. Amenities could be considered a bit outdated by some, but everything is always clean and the staff is excellent. AC in the room is top knotch. Having the pool is icing on the cake.

So many places to eat within a few short steps and the beach is just a few blocks walking. Wouldn't stay anywhere else...

We had two rooms for four nights for our annual friends vacation. The rooms were perfect for these three Moms and our four teenagers. We originally booked a rental house which we needed to cancel due to Delaware being on the New York travel ban list. We cancelled our house and decided to go to Rhode Island. Then Rhode Island went on the list and Delaware came off the list. Thankfully, The Atlantis In. was available. I read the review and saw it was clean and had an outdoor pool and was available. We were thrilled to arrive and see the location. We found great shops and restaurants and loved that we parked the car on Monday and didn t move it until we left today. Thank you Atlantis Inn for helping us have such a great vacation!

Small, bad smell, crowded. Dreadfully mediocre. Cut corners.

Clean rooms and kind staff. Great location for shopping and close to the boardwalk. Price friendly on the wallet. Deck and small pool area are nice touches. If price is your deciding factor and willing to forego luxury, then this 2-3 star hotel is it.
